There was a time when I played Splinter Cell religiously. For context, you can hide in the dark so you find yourself shooting out a lotta lights. And so one time, I was at Chili's with some friends of mine. I looked up and saw all the hanging lights above every table. @@boostio_music the last gen consoles is where gamers expect it to launch, since the reveal trailer is released in 2012, so they need it to release it to that generation so those people who waited since the reveal can play it to the promised gen available that time and not force them to buy a pc or the next gen consoles to play the game (e.g. BOTW on the Wii U), but we all know what happened due to deadline difficulties of development or for whatever reason.

My example of addicted is in fallout 4. When you install a collection of different mods, just to make your own custom Companion or group. I was playing with this in the background and realized it at the end. I've installed enough mods to give my "fire team" unique armor, weapons, looks, and names. I knew I was immersed when I was playing last night and the first a member of my team (before I made 3 more) was killed by friendly fire and resurrected as a zombie. These companions don't have dialogue, but I made my own 'head canon' for her and the later members. Needless to say, I rested a previous save because I couldn't let her go...her older sister would have been devastated.

It's not an addiction if it doesn't affect your health negatively and neither if you still have a social life. If it does, you're pretty much necessarily unhappy and it's obvious you should so something about it when you notice it yourself. But yea, people and especially parents tend to use the word addiction when it's really not an addiction at all. The vast majority of gamers are not addicted.

Gameranx Had twin boys that spent months in the NICU at Children's Hospital. I bought a 19" TV, set up my PS4 and tv in the corner of the hospital room, and used the ethernet cable that was supposed to be used for the NICU BABY CAMERA (a way for you or your family members to check in and watch over the baby anytime via phone or other device) as a wired internet connection for online gaming... Well in the worn out cintroller thing, ive used the same xobox 360controller constantly for the past 10-12 years, and ive replaced the battery pack 4 times, the left joystick, well, sticks, the d-pad takes a couple pressed to work, and the right bumper hardly works at all, if it does. Also you can no longer read the "a" button, its sticky, along with the x and y button that took a beating from the Batman Arkham series,and you can hear what i can only assume are springs whenever you pull the triggers. Id say its pretty worn out, but I still use it and it works well reguardless of all the quirks

Once my W key gave out. I also use a supermarket-label wireless keyboard and mouse (it was either that or Logitech). The wheel is worn out and likes to misfire depending on how dislocated the cog feels. The key release also tends to jam in the receiver.

A few I can recall on the spot would be Alpha Protocol Resident Evil 4 and beyond Mass Effect Dragon age has...limited NG+. Dragon's Dogma (although it doesnt carry to harder difficulties) Batman Arkham City Again just a few games. Also, if you are playing games on computer then the option of a 'starter save' becomes available.

For back, shoulder, and wrist strains: Consider getting a chair a with a high back and adjustable arm supports. The chair will be looking after the weight of your torso and arms and be a more cormfortable 10+hr stint. Wristpads help as well, of course.

Finished a tub of ice cream and bottle of wine with a solid 2 sleepless nights before i brought myself to actually DO the hospital fight bit. I was so sure Ellie was gone, i just didnt want to have to see her.. And the cinematic after.. Her martyrdom was flawless. My girlfriend wont tell me where she's put it, and. That's probably for the best. [Her bluray of "The NoteBook" was just the right thickness to stop the psu fan vibrating in my gaming rig. And she'll never find it there]
