Number two was definitely the most interesting but obviously fake! Why would a wendigo speak in Latin? They are Native American spirits so I would assume they would speak a native dialect. Also frankincense is a scent from the Middle East, again, not something a Wendigo would be familiar with or smell like! Jeez people, at least do some research before writing your fake stories 🙄!

I actually found my way here because I've been looking for, well, anything that may resemble... it. A Wendigo is the most accurate description, that I've found, of what people around here call the Screamer. I wanted to find an accurate illustration because I'm basically unable to describe it. It's like a deer that walks upright, if it were 10ft tall and solid white. Most people in my town have never seen it, but almost all have heard it. The terrifying thing is, this isn't fictitious. Two friends of mine saw it. One saw it when I did as we were together, the other saw it not too long ago, in exactly the same place.

Keep in mind I'm not sure it's the actual physical appearance that makes people terrified I believe it's the presence they exude and I'm not saying their appearance isn't scary but enough people submit stories where they are afraid before even being Able to totally see what it is. Just my thoughts it's interesting to think this predator might cause paralysis through intense fear who knows though unless we get to study one....
