I don’t wanna be THAT guy but the guest narrator wasn’t great. His voice wasn’t bad per se but I felt he read the story a bit too fast. Lacked any sort of tension. DP has a steady flow and knows when to slow it down to be effective.

Huge props to Stories Fables Ghostly Tales for taking the criticisms so well, especially in a format that's so 'sink or swim'. While it is important to keep a calmer tone to let the atmosphere sink in, even during the climax of some stories, I see far too many youtubers fall to the same "Scream Talking" or "Speaking like Batman" narration styles

This is actually pretty weird and not a submission or anything, but yesterday i was taking my dog out and we were walking on a path surrounded by small ”forest” and the forest is surrounded by housing. (I live in a city) I heard a loud noise in that ”forest” and saw 2 deerlike creatures running. Ofc i was shocked to see deer in a fucking city so i was just amazed until I got the famous feeling of being watched maybe like first time ever in my life (and it felt like my back was burning). Also my dog was acting weird. As i was speedwalking i saw 2 pairs of what I thought to be (?)eyes(?) like literally following me and ofc yellow ones lol. As i got away from the forest i felt all normal again but my dog kept stopping and looking behind us wich he never does. As i looked behind us, i got an awful feeling and felt like vomiting but yet didn’t see anything. Nothing scary but really weird. Also i live in Finland so pretty fucking odd lmao. I dont think it was anything tho but weird it surely was. I think it was also funny how the whole situation was just as i’ve heard in these stories. Also to mention, the whole area was dead at that time and i felt really weird when i stepped on that road that night. Funny and spooky imo

Our dogs sense way more than we do. My dog loves his walks. One night during the summer my husband and I went on a walk with our dogs like we did every night. As soon as I walked outside I felt something evil in the air. It was so thick in the air that night. We walk the same route every night and in it we go down this dark street with a thick set of trees on one side..( I would never walk it alone.) Anyways on this particular night we started down this path and my dog (which he never does...we walk this every night) he stopped and sat down and looked at me. I knew right then and there and I told my husband "Let's turn around." The next night we walked it just fine like we always did before. I feel defenitly you came across something and your dog sensed it. When you feel that feeling of being watched, there is something there for sure. Glad nothing terrifying happened tho.

When I was younger at my dads house, I would be alone and all of the sudden I would have the feeling of being watched so strong. At that time, I didn't know what it was but now I do. That feeling would be hard to understand if someone hasn't experienced it but I know it all to well. I actually had one dog who was very sensitive to the paranormal. She would sense things before we would. Your dog defenitly knew something that night. Especially since he's a friendly dog and loves everyone and everything. He knew something was around. Our animals are sensitive to these things and I defenitly pay attention to them. Like that night, I don't know if my dog seen something I didn't or just sensed something but if my pup (I call them all pups no matter how big they are) is yelling me something, I'm going to listen for sure!! Thanks for sharing your story. Something was defenitly up!!

Stories Fables Ghostly Tales when reading monster stories and also trying to keep the audience attention, slow reading (not to slow), finding a tone of voice that doesn’t jump all over the place (yours didn’t but I’ve seen some do it), keep your voice calm and not to energetic, you get it by now. @@lukeskywalkerjediknight2125 I love Being Scared, Blue Spooky, Joeys Nightmares, Let's Read, Unit 522 and of course Mr. Nightmare are my favorites. I will check it out tho! I've listened to a lot and tbh not all of them have it so I stick with these guys because their all awesome!!! Oh yeah I also like Horror Studio 1....not everyone likes his voice and his pronounciation either you love it or hate it!!! But I like his channel!!

DP..AWESOME job on the guest speaker! You did a great job on this one!! I found myself listening more intently to your stories because the voices had changed. Instead of one long progression of your voice ( as one of your fans put it, you have a steady sounding voice that sometimes I find myself not listening to through out the whole episode) you kept me awake and paying attention with the change up from both ends of the spectrum. Bravo to both of you.

Werewolf/Dogman stories will always be my fave, so whenever you wanna do more of those, I won't complain. That said, I also like glitch in the matrix stuff (creep factor of 11 with those) and demonic encounters. But oooh, I have to ask: Would you ever consider doing a phantom black cat episode or one about black dogs? (I think either of those, esp the latter would make a cool animated documentary/docushort like you did with the Raven Mocker.) Finally, I really loved your 5 Random Horror Stories episode. I would dig another vid like that one; it was great. And at last: Another superb video. The sound effects and background music/sounds were perfect and blended in seamlessly--not too loud, not too faint.
