Hold up, lemme give my take. 10. "It's Boring" to me feels like a generic stock argument people use against a game. And saying that a game is Boring because all you do is walk around, kill stuff, and level up is like saying that most games nowadays are boring. 9: "It's a ripoff of Dark Souls" is an argument that's objectively wrong in 2 ways. Nowadays, there's a type of game just like Dark Souls, but I can't recall the name at the moment. Oh, and also, prove me if I'm wrong, but I think that Elden Ring was made by the same people behind Dark Souls. Also, uhh, I was just promised a good game out of Elden Ring, and... last I checked, I thought it was fun as hell, so that's no lie. 8: "The Controls are Complicated" is just... complexity in Controls is subjective, so this one has a tiny bit of merit, but what were they expecting out of the controls, a Mario game? Also, no, the game wasn't made for the people who want to travel around the controller and use every button, and no, I have never met someone who thinks that more buttons make them smarter. 7: "no guns = no fun" You're probably proud that America doesn't use meters for anything but bullets and... drugs. Not every game needs to be like COD. And let me guess, Mario promotes immigration because he's Italian? Guns don't mean pro-american. Plenty of games have guns despite being critical of American society, or the other way around; games without guns can be pro-american! No guns means no guns, nothing else to it. 6: "Elden Ring Hates Xbox Players" I think that he pulled that argument out of his ass. What's next, Elden Ring hates Nintendo Switch players because it's not on Switch? 5. "Horrible Graphics"? Nah, this game looks beautiful.
