I have this bag and it is actually pretty great. I got it before all of the price increases. I have not been gentle with it and it still looks great, no scratches that are apparent on the bag. I wear this bag so much! It is a big hole but it works for me. I love it

@@luxecollective really everything! I have used it for a work bag, quick bag for day to day etc. I admit I don’t wear it every day but I use it. Put it on the floor and everything. I was surprised that it had not gotten any scratches because of the lambskin, but it doesn’t. I know this bag is def a love hate for people for sure

I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *condup* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it

I love this bag and bought before the price increase. I do wish the logo was black and blended in with the leather. While not super timeless, I do think one can wear it for awhile. I know I will keep wearing it. And I'm 5'3, and being so big it makes a statement. I have to wear it cinched. I say if you love it, buy it.

I love love love this bag… I agree with all your points but omg it’s a fun bag. I love the huge logo- a small logo would just look silly on the bag. It’s big and bold and you need a huge logo. I really haven’t seen anyone with this bag yet. I feel so bad ass when I wear it out. Huge bag huge sunnies casual look… so easy.

I saw this bag- and there was something that said no. Now I watched your video and I have the exact 10 reasons why not to buy this bag- thanks. I bought instead the Marc Jacobs tote with Logo but not really visible. And saved a huge amount of money and to go with my husband into a nice resort ❤❤❤

I love the Icare maxi I got an organizer and it really helps w structure etc… the Lambskin is very durable

It actually also comes beige, but it is difficult to find. It was also recently released in beige suede. I saw it in the Saint Laurent store located in Tyson’s Galleria in McClean, Virginia on 9/8/23

It is actually a really cute bag! However I do see the pitfalls! A good caviar leather would be great with obvious those nice little studs to protect the base..

Great video. I would say there's an air of pretense or hypocrisy when people say they do not like designer logos or logos that are too obvious. Why buy it then! That's what the designer is selling, that's the sizzle. These designer brands represent wealth & luxury which alot of people want to be associated with. To each their own.

Can you make a video about the Diana Gucci Bag ? Please 🙏🏼😇 About the YSL icare tote , you are right. That’s why I decided to appreciate it at the boutique, but finally I wasn’t convinced to spend allot of money for a “pretty bag”. Unfortunately it’s not functional neither elegant.

I bought a *condup* super fake because I was still undecided on whether I liked it enough to buy the real deal. It arrived and it was great, I didn't need to buy the original one. The attention to detail is amazing and even shows in all the packaging and labels. I don't object to this as it does encourage people to sell them on second hand sites. It does make me feel a certain way about the designers selling these bags. They were selling it for about 10 times what I paid. They are ripping people off. Hermès is the worst at this - I imagine them in the board room laughing at how much people are prepared to pay.

For some reason i dont know why i like the chanel 22 bag even if there was chanel on it 😁 but this one is really too much, i would probably buy it if it were saint laurent logo instead of YSL or just a saint laurent stamping and of course if it was smaller with lenghtier shoulder strap
