If Dallas had beaches and mountains like Los Angeles, it would be on another level. And even without that Dallas is still a very complete and awesome place to be. I call DFW Dubai because of all the construction going on, the gorgeous neighborhoods, the awesome houses and huge freeways, stadiums, airport, etc

The reasons why I love living in Dallas is because: 1) everything is bigger really in Texas or Dallas. 2) Dallas the has most gorgeous cities or suburbs of the USA, I don't even want to discuss that with anyone, from Fairview to Heath, From Westlake to Southlake, From Highland Park to University Park. From Preston Hollow to Bluff view, From Parker to Las Colinas, From Plano to Frisco, etc. Dallas has the largest highways of the USA, very large airport and big stadiums. The job Market is great, the people are nice the weather is awesome except for July and August. There is a lot of opportunities for to start a business and invest in Real Estate. I always thought that Dallas and Houston do not get enough credit for such great places they are. The houses are roomy and beautiful, too many master-planned communities in DFW

I actually lived in Dallas for a year, but life led me to the Bay Area for a job. Fast forward, I’m planning my move back to Dallas! I felt WAY more peace out there than I do here…it actually feels like HOME 🏡.

I lived in Dallas from 2017 to 2024. I moved to the Charlotte area to be closer to my wife's family, but I miss Dallas a lot! My job is still based in Dallas, and I just got back from a work trip-almost wanted to pack up and move back. You're absolutely correct; I never experienced racism or any of that other stuff in Dallas and had many friends and acquaintances from various backgrounds. Definitely miss it!

Going on my 2nd year in dallas so far. I find the experience really depends on where you come from. If you are from places like Tennessee , Alabama ,or Oklahoma you might find dallas to be a utopia in comparison . But if you are coming from places like miami, new york or LA , places where the food scene is ACTUALLY good, and there is ACTUAL diversity , and the are ACTUALLY a lot of things to do , you will be underwhelmed by dallas . This is based on my and several other peoples opinons

@@jenniferadderley2566you might actually like Houston or Austin better coming from LA. I moved last year & regret it big time. Tornados & severe extreme weather. I feel so out of place. I miss my family, & it can be nice but coming from LA, I believe Austin would be way better for you & more enjoyable.

As someone who lived in Dallas four + years It’s a pretty decent city But as everything else in the world it also have its downsides tht I feel would be unfair if the people considering moving there didn’t know prior,So firstly Dallas isn’t an ethnically integrated city it’s very segregated to where you have your whites on one side of twn your blacks on another and your Asians somewhere else,Secondly if your like myself and your an outdoorsy type of person then north Texas will be a major disappointment if you like mountains then west Tx or central Tx beautiful pristine rivers && lakes definitely central Tx/hill country And for the gulf coast south Tx But you will not find any of this in the DFW those lakes or dirty🤮and gross lookin although they do have a few man-made lakes in some housing communities thts really nice but none for the public,Thirdly the food in Dallas is mid at best it’s not like a Houston,L.A. Austin,San Antonio,NYC New Orleans or even a Miami like he’s portraying you all to believe Dallas food scene really is a hit or miss,Thts the best way I could describe it,And Crime is also a major issue within a city And I know crime is everywhere but its at an all time high in Dallas which is one of the reasons I had to leave bcuz my car was broken into 5 times within a 3 months radius, And my CATALYTIC CONVERTERS was stolen,And my rims was stolen twice as well wish I could upload pictures on KZbin to show,And people brag abt how professional and sophisticated Dallas is plz dnt believe the hype cuz tht city is ghetto as hell,And also if you have really bad allergies Dallas may not be the place for you bcuz the pollution and air quality sucks,And be mindful tht Dallas is right in the middle of tornado alley just a little heads up,And did I also forget to mention tht sex trafficking there is a thing as well,But overall aside frm all of this Dallas is an okay place if your like him and coming from somewhere like Mississippi,Alabama,or Oklahoma,Cuz me personally I think there’s so many better cities to choose from both in And outside of Texas but thts just my opinion!!!!!
