There are a lot of truths and lessons here, that I myself, as an, in-experienced business person, experienced. For example, being boss, does not mean, I am paraphrasing, being in control, it means, being informed, and inspiring workers. There are so many more things in here that are true, I might spend a page or two wrting them down. Among my prersonal mistakes, was at the outset, not keeping everhyone informed of my personal, long-term interests to avoid conflict. Now I am still around, seeing if there is a possiblity to change culture, and seeing if there is the possbility of moving forward with the same thoughts. Although, now I finally have some inkling as to the magnitude of effort requirred to inmplement some of those peronsal business ideas. Thanks for sharing this video's messages and ideas. They were very varied ideas that take into account addressing business technical needs, as well as psycho social needs of the people involved in the orginazation, to include those of the actual, person advocating for business change.
