the huge influx of expats has driven the prices up. Especially on dining out. Rents have also gone way up. Boquete has also become very overcrowded and its really hard to find parking.

You could get cable tv plus internet for as low as $45 a month. Rents are high at $600 a month but I guess they overcharge because of expats

$600-$700 rent is already high outside of Panama City, but outside of the Capital $600 is too high. Boquete has such rents because of expats. As for single/divorced ladies, don’t worry, you’ll have plenty to choose from.

Panamanians normally don’t see a difference between US/Canadian/British persons and are warm towards them. Panama is the most. Pro-American country in Latin America.
