Yes, I agree, either disengaging or fighting depending on the circumstance! We are primarily interested in maintaining our inner peace and therefore do not seek drama. But here's the thing: disengaging might be the more frequent strategy we chose statistically to maintain our inner peace, but there are situations where it’s definitely not the right strategy and where it’s the fighting that is needed in order to regain or maintain one's inner peace. I was facing this very choice yesterday and I must say that if I had withdrawn from this specific situation, I would have been gaslighting myself because that would have meant that I would have continued to swallow the anger that I have been silently carrying around with me for decades. So putting my foot down and standing my ground and spitting out some not so well received truths in a lightning fast and super clear manner haha ​​​​😅 was exactly the healing experience I needed in this particular situation to maintain my inner peace. That disengaging thing just shouldn’t end in a gaslight towards yourself, that’s the thing. And I believe that since regaining and/or maintaining our inner peace is our natural goal, we will instinctively make the right choice whether to disengage or whether to go in for a fight. 😅 The next thing is that we fight differently than others. Even when we are angry, we are masters of ourselves and our emotions. Our fighting comes from a very conscious space and is definitely not a random action! In addition, we remain masters of the situation as a whole throughout, keeping a bird’s eye view and an overview not only of what others are doing, but also of ourselves. We are watching everybody including ourselves in this whole dynamic, whilst simultaneously being at least five steps ahead of the game and figuring out our next strategic move. Furthermore, it is not a random fight that we fight just because we are in a bad mood today and feel like fighting. Rather, this fight has a higher purpose that we keep ourselves sharply focused on and pursue throughout the whole procedure. Haha 😅 A testament to the unyielding strength of a sigma female yippee! (while nobody is even recognising this strength of ours, and this makes us even more powerful 😉)
