I love it here in Queen Creek and I live in the Harvest community. There is still plenty of construction going on in Harvest alone. Seems like every week there are several new families moving into the community. The QC is such a hot spot that the traffic is getting more congested. Great video as always Sheryl!

I’ve been in Queen Creek for close to 10 years and have seen TREMENDOUS growth. True, QC is fabulous for family activities (holidays are particularly awesome). Shopping has gotten better with more popular stores opening. Love knowing I don’t need to travel far to shop for things. I grew up in a bustling urban area in the NE and don’t mind progress. The only negative I see is how traffic has become harder to manage. I try to plan my errands during least busy times. Not sure how the town will accommodate the overwhelming housing growth in the future. Nevertheless, they have and are widening many roads around town and that helps. Overall, it’s a great place to live and am happy we chose to move here!

I've lived in Queen Creek for 7 years and it is definitely booming. To comment on the shopping, there is a Nordstrom Rack coming to Queen Creek Marketplace where it's going to replace the bed bath and beyond I think. Also, we have Dave and Busters in Queen Creek Marketplace in addition to Fat Cats. I also just found out that a new Chevrolet dealership is being built near my neighborhood and there will be a corridor of dealerships in Southern Queen Creek along Ellsworth. I am truly excited to see more of the downtown aspect of Queen Creek to come to fruition which would be quite an interesting experience.

You won't love the traffic in Queen Creek. It's an absolute nightmare for being such a small downtown. Pure madness. WHO TIMED THESE RED LIGHTS?!?! Red Light. Red Light. Red Light. The only place worse than this is Surprise. The only way they could make the driving worse in Queen Creek or Surprise, is to put in speed bumps every 30 feet.

I am looking to move to the Phoenix Arizona area and I live in Missouri. What town do you think is most family friendly?
@LivinginPhoenixArizona4 ай бұрын
There are family-focused communities throughout the entire Phoenix area. Queen Creek is definitely one that it as the top of my favorites. So many things for kids to do, inside and outside, great schools, sports, activities the list goes on.

I’ll be in QC next weekend visiting my family!! My folks have been there for over 7 years! Huge changes I see every time I visit my folks… but have to agree the traffic light flows around Ellsworth and Rittenhouse is horrendous and I am from a more densely populated area.

That’s the MAIN intersection of Queen Creek. There are definitely alternate routes that’ll get you through the area faster.

I think all builders CAN be good and CAN be bad. And when you say good or bad...do you mean value? Quality? Customer Service? Communities? Pros and Cons to every builder. Are you thinking of buying or did you already buy with them?

@@LivinginPhoenixArizona thanks or the follow up, I should have been more detailed in my question. It was more on quality of work, how they stack up against other builders, communities they build. Do they have good reputation with buyers and agents thank you.

I've been to Queen Creek a couple times in the last couple years. It looks like the Town Council and city planners gave the S&P500 the key to the city 15 years ago and said, "Gimme the works! Just come ruin the place!" Welcome to the most generic city America can build in the 2020's.
