Public healthcare facilities in Lagos are underfunded, understaffed and underequipped. Although private healthcare facilities offer a better standard of care, the quality of facilities varies. Expats requiring serious medical treatment are likely to require air evacuation to a country with better facilities.

There are new cities springing up in Lagos to lessen the congestion like; ILUBIRIN, ALARO & EKO ATLANTIC
@aframaco9491

We have, at least every state capital can pass for a city! But I agree with you, Lagos IS congested! There is one way to decongest Lagos!! RESTRUCTURING, DEVOLUTION!! By allowing states governments to be the crux of the matter, by allowing states to produce and control their resources ( when people hear this, they all think oil)! But NO!! Perhaps the best resources that every state can have, is people! If states governments can harness their respective people with the needed skills set, they could boost manufacturing, startups, and all other such industries! We should allow Warri, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar to operate seaports that can be used for imports and exports! If other state capitals can raise productivity levels, it would draw investors and the like away from Lagos!

Lagos is no place, first lagos was built as capital of Nigeria used money from s/South nd s/East to built. Igbos are the major developers, businesses, resourceses and reasonably properties owners and till date holding the economy of lagos. Without Igbos and other ethnic lagos will be no where to be found. Having lagos Without brain of d Igbos bet me in nest three to five years lagos will be a joke of its time.

Your choice Daughter of Zion! No we don't call Black or African Americans "akata", we call n*ggas that! Those guys who don't want to study or work, who sag their pants, and join gangs! Those who exploit and disrespect Black Americans everyday by committing heinous crimes in Black neighbourhoods and creating the illusion that all Black Americans are bad! Those are the blacks we call "akata" NOT the great majority of decent Black Americans who have college degrees, who raise their families right, who fought for civil rights and liberty in the 60's and 70's. But in Ghana, they will call YOU Obroni, which ironically means "white" or foreigner! The choice is yours of course! With over 200 million people of our own, we won't exactly miss someone who is as petty as you are! Baye Biyoo 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾
