These are all deaths that take place when a majority of people would play the game correctly. So it doesn't include any of the regular enemy death screens, only the secret ones that you have to do something really wrong to get (except on the harder difficulties where you may see some of these because the game becomes impossible, even the easy parts)

Wonder if Carlos dies by Brad Zombie guess the die sequence just the same as regular zombies? Also, I think the hospital death scene is actually quite easy to get if you are not careful enough… during the grind for points to get rocket launcher/assault rifle I have seen it quite a few times… since I only had a save game before the Jill room defence fight in Normal, the grind was quite bad especially for handgun/assault rifle hits (most people grind under assisted mode). I barely survived till right before the last two or three waves of parasite zombies would show up and I would be out of all ammo. Somehow Carlos' tackle punch (or should we call it "RE5 Chris punch") sometimes would kill the zombies (when you electrocute or stun with Flash grenade), sometimes they would get back up… helps with total kill count challenges anyways. Btw, thanks for all the special death scenes. Guess Japan version might have less gore on those scenarios (like the car in rooftop parking area)?

Also, if you fail this on Inferno mode, you would have to go back to the final Nemesis fight which all experienced players know is extremely brutal on harder difficulties.

Probably cause it's the only one that feels like it could halfway be a canon tragic ending. Foreshadowed by Nicholai telling Carlos she was unreliable, and couldn't pull the trigger when it counted. She would get him killed.

LOL Nicholai is the one to talk about pulling the trigger when it counts, he had the drop on Jill and Carlos and he still managed to get himself killed because he hesitated, stupid idiot. This couldn't have been a halfway canon because Jill is a smart person who at the end of the day pulled the trigger and faced her fears because in a way during the hospital Carlos nightmare scene Carlos is telling her that shooting him is the only way. She died in her dream and learned from her mistake by pulling the trigger in reality. She also took into a count that Carlos would most likely survive because she was using a small caliber pistol and that its bullet would most likely get stuck in Nicholais shoulder, which was actually the case. I used the same logic on my very first playthrough and of course won. Only players who are idiots went for a headshot here, some idiots even went for a leg. The difference between Jill and Nicholai is that she is selfless and that by helping and saving others others saved her. Nicholai died because he was selfish and had nobody to help him in the end and because he hesistated to shoot Jill in the end when he had a gun to her head. Instead the idiot shot the vaccine which he could have sold on his own for a major price.

Like I died to the rolling ball and said to myself “wtf is going on..” and laughed. Then the loading screen says to run from the ball no matter how weird the situation is. Nemesis was easy to avoid in the original as well. Most of the time you got QTE, choice-based moments to fend him off. It was only mandatory to fight him three times. The other fights were optional because the game encouraged you to be strategic and tactical.

I think they might have found the perfect balance for quick time event cut scenes which everyone hates. Having scenes where it seems like you’re involved but the scene just plays out the same if you don’t do anything may be the best way to do them. I don’t have a problem with cutscenes but a lot of people for whatever reason just switch off when they happen and quick time events were always the developers trying to keep those people engaged.

Another Easter egg secret I learned after beating the game which I was surprised they add it to the game. Guessing that Capcom wanted to keep the MON MON Hotdog Stand poster Easter egg but in a different form that I wasn't expecting they would do.

Actually the giant Charlie doll head rolls down faster if you're playing a harder difficulty. I never died on any of the three regular difficulties but I played nightmare and I got crushed twice.
