Those who fell in the water became Mermaids, Selkies etc. Those who fell on land became Pixies, Elves etc, and those who stayed in the sky like Sluagh and Will o'Wisp. As I've gotten older, I've learned to embrace and love each season. Young me hated winter. Now I appreciate the cosy rest and relaxation of dark evenings. Light a fire and some candles, make tea, curl up and read or watch old movies. A walk in the crisp cold is lovely too. Here in Edinburgh, it's more likely to just be wet and dreich. Oh but those magical days when it snows ❤️

I ❤love winter, it's summer here in California and is 38 degrees Celsius regularly. I try to embrace it but it's NOT my thing, spring, fall and winter are all fine...Luckily we are planning to move closer to the coast line for cooler weather. I'm deeply interested in witch themes, and in learning more about it, but most of the books i found talked about north hemisphere culture and seasons, and finding your channel and seeing your perspective was really inspiring. The image of the Fairies on Paper Nautilus shells jogged my Memory of the huge one I owned , that fell to the winds off the ledge in a flat many moons ago ...it was oh so delicate and was gifted me from a Friend who lived on one of the outer Islands off the North Island . Hello again late to watching your blog I'm so sorry. Working in babysitting my little love bugs grandchildren the light of my life. I am so envious of your winter it is now summer here in sunny Southern California and today it was 97 degrees Fahrenheit I do not like summer although I'm an avid Gardener I do most of my gardening in the winter spring and fall because of that average temperatures all around here I can do that the summer is too crazy hot for me I stay inside watering in the morning end of the evening but that is about it deadheading and weeding as necessary. So enjoy the snuggling cool temperatures for me❤❤❤

I know that we have to have Seasons, but hear in Central Texas where I live our weather has gotten so extreme every Winter with ice storms and snow with 9 degree Temps and it's already too hot, 105 degrees today. You can feel and see the difference of the Changes more and more every year. We still welcome Spring & Autumn but they take longer to get here and leave all too soon. Have a cozy winter! 🤍🌬🤍

The Fox,it makes me happy,I have had the pleasure of spotting them all over the world. Know this,the Fox knows. The Fox is not a negative,they shine! A coyote,however,well they are another story altogether,they have decimated the rabbit population around here. Dingoes,the most pure and beautiful ones,exist on Frazier Island,a canine to match our human,they are perfection.

Absolutely! I live in Far East Gippsland, at the Southern end of Australia - next stop, Antarctica! So yes, our seasons (and therefore our seasonal holidays) are opposite here - although we still celebrate Christmas in December in the blazing heat, with outdoor barbecues and swimming at the beach :D Isn't it a fascinating planet?

u may want to repost your videos a 2nd time according to the northern hemispheres holidays so u get more views. for instance right now u r posting summery videos because of where u r located but here in canada i want to watch wintry videos because of the season here. if u post once for your viewers where u r and again 5 months later- u will get all of us watching- just an idea. 🖤🖤🖤
