I count myself lucky that I got a warning 6 weeks later after having unprotected sex. I got a infection I was hot and burning down there it didn't clear up so 4 weeks later I went to the doctor and found out that I have recently been infected with hiv . I felt stupid and irresponsible is it worth it for 20 mins in the sack. People don't find out to so much later and end up un knowingly passing it on to someone that they love and care about and would feel rotten about it

I have most symptoms but I tested positive for EBV (mono) I tested negative for HIV 3 times but my symptoms are not going away 😢

@@EggBrooo I had many symptoms like sweaty palms, occasional fever, sore throat (irritated), a really bad dry cough (lung pain), jaundice (including liver and spleen inflammation), fatigue, foggy brain (lost my job due to that), skin problems, irritated eyes, and stomach problems. Thankfully most of those symptoms went away, the only thing I’m experiencing now is oral thrush but it seems like it’s getting better. It depends on my diet, I’m trying to avoid sugar and carbs. My immune system is weakened by mono but thankfully my condition it’s getting better progressively day by day. I got tested for HIV at home after 90 days and it came back negative so now I have no doubt that my negative result is conclusive. (I did 2 blood tests and 2 home tests and all came back negative thankfully). Are you going through the same? Did you test positive for mono? If so, stay strong, this disease is incredibly debilitating and most people don’t know about it. Losing my job due to mono was the hardest part of this last 3-month nightmare. But for now I’m feeling grateful that whatever happens next, at least my health is getting better and my health is my main priority at the moment. I’m obviously struggling financially but I’m stay positive cuz if I went true something as hard as mono (it’s been a nightmare) I can get through anything. @@EggBrooo I replied to you but my answer is not here :( maybe it got censored for review but basically I had most of the symptoms but they went away. The only thing I’m struggling with is oral thrush. I did a home test for hiv after 90 days and it came back negative. If you experiencing the same symptoms, you should get tested for mono specially if you have jaundice and yellow skin or eyes as well as inflammation of your liver/spleen. Did you tested positive for mono?

Hey guys, hope someone will answer my question. May 02, I experienced the some signs of hiv in the past day. The first sign that I experienced was rashes on my neck, below my chest, both of my arm and at the back of my legs. Then some muscle pain and joint pain on my knees, shoulder, my lower back, and my elbow but not severe pain. I haven't had enough sleep for three nights because I feel pain in my body. To this day I still feel mild pain in different parts of my body. Though I didn't have a fever, or a sore throat or swollen lymph nodes. my first and last sex was in 2018. I'm not sexually active either. Do i have hiv?
