Thank you! Our spiritual growth depends on our type of reaction on inevitable existential crisis that take happen with everyone in an appropriate time. You can fall in depression, begin to use psychedelics or alcohol, become a little bit crazy, or direct your attention to inner condition and start to change your usual frame of reference and life. We can't grow and flow through the life without inner correction and development. That's why spiritual awaking isn't only our choice but gift from the Heaven.
