He is is very much with you always, just not in the physical body he once was. Synchronicities are the biggest way to communicate to you in the daytime. When you think of him and something strange happens shortly after (i.e., if he loved dragonflies and one just happens to come up to you as he crosses your mind) is often someone reaching out. Yes!! In the higher dimensions, time itself doesn't exist, and all events in time happen simultaneously, and that scene shows how in that dimension he can pick out any time period and interact with it by pushing the books off the shelf. I'm trying so hard to access the higher dimensions through nightly frequency sessions while I sleep. Just when we think we're close to the answers of the universe it sprouts out with more complexities that challenge EVERYTHING!!!

I am a meditator and yogi too. I have been dream journaling for close to 12 years now with a nearly 80% recall rate of the names, places, themes and messages shown. I have oniri app to track and log my dreams on the phone. I get around 3-5 distinct dreams per night. Sometimes I get premonition of things that I need to be careful of such as energetic trends, new friends that can cause harm, old friends with a hidden agenda, and close friends that I can trust. I can escape danger in the waking states better because of my dreams. Because in the waking states, we cannot see underneath the facade. It'll take meditation and dream work to reveal it. The greatest benefit in doing dreamwork personally is that dream recalling and plant medicine/entheogens go hand-to-hand. It uses the same hemisphere of the brain I believe. There are people who get high and don't know what happened. Then there is me when I ingest plant medicines, I remember the interactions and messages expressed to me. And yes, I've had interactions with other higher lifeforms. It's rare but it does happen if our mind and heart can be at peace. If there is an ounce of fear of unrest, chances are the meeting won't occur.

I was having issues with drinking a while back and I was also having dreams of me in what seemed like other realities also having issues with drinking. So I started to meditate on sending a message to all of the 'me's in other realities and now I havent drank alcohol in months. Hopefully, the alternative 'me's have been able to get off booze too. The dreams i was having did not seem like dreams at all, rather they seemed like windows into other dimensions. It was because of that I put forward the message to do better and stop drinking. I did not really know about this theory, rather I followed my intuition.

I was just talking about something similar to this earlier. Having similar dreams that do not feel like dreams; rather they feel very real & involved as if I am traveling to another reality or dimension & having real experiences that often share a common theme. I have spinal issues and one night I was lying on the floor unable to move due to severe spasm. I got into a meditative state and asked all the “mes” from all timelines and past lives to gather round me. I told them we had never had the accident that caused my spinal injury. We have a healthy spine with no trauma. Then I told them I wanted us to move into a reality where we felt no pain from this. We agreed and I stood up from my place on the floor with no pain (I had been crying from the intensity of the spasm). For over a year I was released from that reality. This happened to me last night in a dream. Ancestors were there. I was crying and a blonde girl was sitting next to me telling me how proud she was of me. I didn't want to tell her I didn't know her name. I realised when writing down the dream at 1.11am that girl was another version of myself. My family were all there. But this girl the one who comforted me most , looked similar to me. At a different age , I'm sure was another version. I had a great breakthrough on some ancestral trauma im dealing with. i have to ask is all of that still occuring? ive been expirienceg similiar things for over a year now, half of the things ive expirienced i still can not find ways to explane or put into words really, im glad i found this video and comment section cause so far ive felt so alone in this, at times honestly it became difficult to live with those expiriences so for me not all of it was beautiful nor easy to deal with.. i was, well i am, quite a spiritual girl but this was like an sudden unexpected shift in reality i genuinely felt so lost at times having no clue what exactly im supposed to do nor what was happening to me i just knew everything changed, used to get me to a point where i would have panic attacks.. because i felt like i had no control over my own "reality" i guess, i still feel kind of "damaged" from those expiriences to be honest, havent looked at life the same since, it all seems like a video game or something.. to clearify im saying "since" cause its not so intense currently, the "shift" happend a few month ago and my expiriences where as ive said kind of scary and quite intense for about a month, perhaps cause ive been at pretty bad place during the time i don't know

Technically you shift every passing second. Time is ultimately an illusion, kinda like a movie is just billions of separate frames, and the way to experience a movie is just having the frames in a correct sequence and shifting through them all at a consistent speed. All realities exist simultaneously, and we can use our consciousness to "shift" into other versions of the "film" if we so desire.

When we think about past events where we were very hurt or heartbroken, we tend to send that past version of ourselves lots of love and compassion. I bet, in that past moment we felt a calming sensation come over us, or a brief sense of a loving presence in the room with us. When we realize, that presence was literally us, we also realize that time is an illusion. Everything is a loop, or an infinite NOW-moment. We can practice this quantum awareness by visualizing what we are going to do next (like going to the grocery store or whatever). Create a very strong image of yourself being at the grocery store. Then, once you get to the grocery store, imagine your “past” self that were imagining you being where you are right now. This exercise is a way of expanding our awareness and consciousness, helping us to look beyond the limiting concepts of space and time

I would like to ask so I will share a little bit of my experience here about five years ago I started having seizures with the seizures, came intense déjà vu and I would tell people that “it’s like I’ve lived this moment before, but in a dream.” That is the only way I know how to describe it. I would receive subtle messages from time to time that I was merging realities. Every time I would wake up from a seizure something was different whether it was colors peoples faces their bone structures or even attitudes. It was quite a shock for me to experience this, and I have no one to talk to about it, but version of myself keeps sending me information such as the video you posted. My husband was getting signs, dreams, voices, flashs of visions of his brothers passing (a car accident), it was horrible he kept brushing it off and angry and kept rebuking it, because it came off very harsh. Idk if this will help him, but it has helped me: You can either believe everything happens for a reason, or nothing does; that life is a series of random discrete disconnected episodes. That doesn't feel true to me, logically, historically, emotionally, intuitively. So if everything happens for a reason, then this has all been mapped out already. Each breath we take has been accounted for, and there is no dying before or after "our time". Our time simply is what it is. Some people survive 10 gunshots while others, safe and snug at home in bed, get swallowed by a freak sinkhole. We may not see the reasons, they may not even manifest clearly in our humble life times, only appearing as kismet to our marveled descendants. Our we may look beyond our greatest personal shame, and see its existence also functions as another's greatest dream fulfilled. We have no way of knowing which way the wind will blow us; control is a tantalizing illusion, but illusion all the same. We make ourselves the Creator and Overseer of all when we believe we could have changed something, like a death. We are not, and cannot. We are bits of cosmic dust, blown by an inscrutable wind, part of all, knowing so little. Love well, deeply, and true. Love is the only truth.

Good for you. It had to happen, but you were forewarned - that it wasn’t what you had thought. Similar thing happened to me. I married the girl tho. When we were driving to meet her parents and tell them we were engaged- I got SO nauseous and almost got sick. Totally out of the blue. Couldn’t shake the “ omen “ aspect of it. We had two beautiful children and then she cheated on me and we split. I love the kids more than I’m capable of expressing, and would go through it all again to have them in my life, yet I feel I was warned. I was basically told it wouldn’t work out the way I thought it would. Oh well, my life is more rich for the experience and now being a father, yet the pain was immense. I hope others trust thier heart and understand these messages. Thanks for sharing.

In my experience, we can never stop something from happening. But I was able to lessen the intensity of things that happens. In my dream I saw an accident happen but in my reality the girl who was supposed to be dead in the dream survived that accident. All I could do was ask the higher self for help. I told my mother of my experiences and thankfully she understands when I warn her about something, but it's hard to warn others.

15 year's ago I was woken up in the middle of the night ( long before the churning out of ghost programmes) to see a full "solid apparition" (I see the paradox!) of myself walking towards me " I " he stopped approx 8ft away looked me up and down about turned and walked into nothing. Many have said that immediate doom was around the corner. 15yrs later I take it as an omen of the direction my life was on.
