To really listen to Chili singing, listen to « take our time » on their crazy sexy cool album. Although it’s not her better performance. I agree with the other comments : she did most of the bridges on Tlc’s Music. No scrubs would definitely give you an idea of her voice. There's a difference between"sing" and "sanging". Not all singers have to be both BUT the ability still has to be there. For example, Ciara maybe not be the best "singer" but she does have some ability there... some. Fantasia is a sanga cause not only does she have the ability but there's more depth to her ability. Then there are some who just have what I call "acquired voices" like Slim from 112, T-Boz, Miguel etc. They have unique voices that some ppl either like or hate it😉
