I hate to have to defend them, but I think the order is the one thing they got right. Because these are the slowest cars, the ones with the worst times go first. As far as the missing 0-60 times, those entries haven't got to 60 MPH yet, so the results aren't in. (it's only been 40 years, they should be finishing in a few more months) ETA, I upvoted your downvote.

It was produced by their GM subsidiary, Lincoln. (As mentioned in the first entry). Equally accurate as the Buick Electra and Olds 98 illustrated with a Chevy Citation. I watched it twice and started taking notes on the screw-ups. I ran out of room on the paper.

in 1984 I test drove a Chevette Diesel. It sounded like it had 1000 tin cans under the hood. needless to say I dropped the keys on the salesman's desk. I did end up buying a used 1980 Chevette Scooter. After a month I traded up to a base 1984 Chevette. With a 4 speed stick. Then in 1987 I traded up to a Chevette CS Automatic. But as far as a car that had no get up and go. For me it was a 1981 Ford Fairmont Sedan I bought in 1991. That had the 3.3 (200) 6, automatic. In 1993 I bought a 1984 LTD (Fairmont based) wagon That had the 3.8 EFI. Now that car could move.

The Toyota Corolla of 1974 had a 0-60 in 16 seconds... Very poor. The Chevet with the Automatic was horrifically bad. Going uphill for any distance caused it to overheat boiling the transmission fluid. The stick operated as well as any stick of the time. The Ford Tempo with it's auto was notorious too. In 84 clear to 87 the Automatic was originally sourced from the European Fiesta and most of the other drivetrain components were, like the brakes, Renault! One 84 Tempo I know of went through 4 transmissions by the time it had 75,000 miles on it and the brakes were skittish as to requiring new rotors on the front every 15-20K miles even when the pads were faithfully changed. The Chevrolet Beretta was a slow performer but a relatively sturdy car. But their AC Systems took up nearly a third of the power the engine produced. A popular mod was to get a Japanese compressor upgrade which didn't drag the motor down.
