I'm stuck on stage 1 and proud of it. Well, I did watch one Nuzlocke, but only because the (fan) game he's playing has the only worthwhile playthrough on KZbin.

Nuzlockes are nothing but torture. I'd like to see you try grinding a low level Pokémon off the mons around it, more than capable of knocking it out without any effort. Your Pokémon are supposed to get knocked out from time to time, that's just how the game should operate.

I don’t especially like doing a nuzlocke because as someone with a job, wife, and child I find the prospect of that much- mostly senseless and brainless- grinding to be a massive waste of my time. That being said, I’m more of a challenge run player. I’m totally willing to do some interesting restrictions in a run, just not permadeath

Stage 2 is realizing 90% of Nuzlocke content is easily faked unless done in front of a live audience so most of its just grifters.
