Something he dosent mention in the video is You dont have to use only fire types you can use any Pokemon that can learn your Gyms signature Move which in the case of fire is Flamethrower But you can only have 3 pokemon like that

I became a eeveelution gym leader Step 1: Be Normal Type Step 2: Pick Eevee as starter Step 3: Save game before level 2 of reputation Step 4: Beat girl that has eeveelutions Step 5: Save scum until you get a female eevee Step 6: Use daycare until you can get 6 total eevees. Step 7: All non-normal eeveelutions must have Return taught to be able to be used. Done. Edit: Fun fact: only Wobbuffet cant be used in a Normal Type gym as every other pokemon can learn Return.

That would be a great ending. You beat the elite for and get to become a gym leader. Allowing for infinite battles from the region. And allow you to keep exploring. They need something like that since gold and silver have an after credits entire game

what it lacks in stats and typing it makes up for with sturdy + metal burst. add a custap berry on top you can easily prevent a full team sweep.

Well, in their defense, ruff riders entire purpose is to stop you, drop you, shut down & take over your shop/gym in such a way that you're like "oh, no". At least that's my understanding of how rough riders roll.

You misunderstand. Tar shot doubles the effectiveness of fire type moves on the target, so if they resist fire they will become neutral to it, and if they were already weak to it they become 4x weak

Nice game. It has a lot of what I imagined for a gym leader game, except in my idea you developed multiple gyms over the course of the game and you got to build and design your gym, rather than it just being one room.

I like the realism part of this game, a gym leader typically destroys all challengers but once they lose to the main character and his rival he tends to have a reality check and go off into the wilderness to grind his pokemon a bit then come back to face newer challengers.

Really think gyms need to mix up the whole type thing. Sure, you can have gyms with a focus on fire-types or electric-types, but later gyms need something more robust like focusing on a theme. Pokemon Reborn did something like that, like instead of a grass-type gym, it was like a desert oasis-themed gym that used grass types in sand weather. Having gyms that focus on a type of animal (like turtles or cats) could also be a direction.

So the buildings you built out of order. If you build the neo city buildings first. They will generate 500 a day. There is 6 spots there. The factory, museum, and monument buildings give you a bonus multiple for each building you have when built.

Of all the fan based games… It’s imo a toss up between THIS epic beauty and the Scarlet Compass!
