Hi Charlotte. I think your take on creating a minimal wardrobe is such good advice. Mixing and matching basic items can create numerous outfits and I also avoid synthetic fabrics where I can. Living in a warm Mediterranean climate, fabrics like acrylic and polyester are just not comfortable. I really dislike logos on anything- the simpler, the better and though they may be luxury items, the labels are for inside the clothes- not for the outside! If you are confident and have a good sense of style, there’s no need to spend a fortune or spend endless amounts on trend items. 💖🌸

Hi Charlotte, I'm down sizing my wardrobe as we speak. You are so right that rotating and mixing and matching key neutral pieces which you really like makes it easier to get dressed every day and then adding a favourite accessory, too 😘

Although I agree in general about spending more on quality pieces that will last longer, in reality there’s then the stress of the piece getting stained or ruined by kids or living life, then having to replace the pricier item
