We can learn a lot from amish. I a lot religions and spiritual groups say and try and do things simple as possible. But the western world make things harder. When I was young it was 8hrs of work, 8hrs of play (free time to do what you what ) . 8hrs of sleep. Most jobs were 9am to 5am. Now it's all over the place. Even now doctors and psychologist are saying were working to much. But bosses and government don't really care. And wonder why many people have mental issues. 😊
