1- plan (write it down) 2-avoid caffeine 3-don’t drink water right before going to sleep (so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night) 4-what are yours reasons to wake up early? 5-set your alarm clock away from you 6-set a purpose (to get you out of bed) 7-don’t hit the snooze button 8-make your bed 9-look forward to something to do after waking up 10-drink a glass of water (as soon as you wake up) 11-make it a habit loved the video btw

i have an alarm for 5:40 and another one for six. i tend to just sit in bed for a long time and not get up, so i set my alarm for 5:40 so i can lay in bed for 20 minutes and actually get up

You’re lucky. I literally downed 32 oz in an hour, maybe a bit more because I got a fresh bottle for my workout, 3 FREAKING HOURS BEFORE I WENT TO BED. AND I STILL HAD TO PEE.

Reem Mohamed if, for example, you live in another country than your family and the only opportunity to talk to them, because of time zones, is at 1am waking up at 5am isn’t realistic

I'm really planning to wake up early because it's been so long I didn't wake up early ever since the pandemic COVID-19 occurred and online classes started. I want to change myself, change in a way will benefit me a lot and improves me. Hoping I can be a morning person soon. Thank you for this!

Im so happy finally found someone who is hypersensitive to caffeine like meXD whenever I can't fall asleep at night I got through what I ate or drank in the day and it's usually because I drank tea or coffee or cola. I like tea and coffee a lot so it's so frustrating to not drink them. However, Im really a morning person so hopefully I can wake up early consistently again^^

Wow these tips are extremely helpful and well thought out. That one about snoozing is SUCH a good point. I’ve literally seen myself make snoozing a habit in other areas of my life that I don’t want it in so that one really hit💯💯 Thank You SO MUCH!!!
