the last story, I grew up in that area. those caves and the hills around it are not good places to play. the native Chumash say, it is bad land. there was a evil cult in the 20's, long before the M family. also, the land and soil is toxic. not a good place to go playing in the dirt... I wouldn't suggest anyone go up there.
@madhonib7 жыл бұрын
honestly? it is. I and all I knew were all over those hills as kids and teens. the best way to get there is going through the Chastworth side. that way you avoid private property, you start in the park and head west. good rock climbing. the cave of winds is cool. I have not been up there in years. but, if you do go, take plenty of water, supply's. Start out very early. but also, do not dig around or stir up much dust or wear a mask or bandana. Start out early and try not to be too be out past dusk. or the south side of Rocky Peak but much much harder. the rock formations are beautiful. but it is also, where two different melt downs have tainted the land that is why the dust thing...

mad honeybee Same I used to live in thousand oaks. I've been to those caves numerous times but never felt or saw anything out of the ordinary. But I've heard plenty of weird stories from people who live close to the caves in the far end of Simi Valley.
@madhonib7 жыл бұрын
do not wander the Knolls at night alone... the lower parts are okay, but the little streets and pocket neighborhoods along the hills? nope. not a good idea. there are some Caves on the Chatsworth side like the little cave of winds. are kinda like Tom Sawyer's island in Disneyland in the old days... LOL ! that was fun as kids. crawling along those hills like ants!

It's very likely that the first story involves hypnopompic hallucination, it's basically where one dreams while awake. I get these all the time where I see or hear things that aren't truly there. I can even interact with these hallucinations on occasion and they tend to feel very real.

I was In a bad wreck in 3/17/2022 (I got hit by a semi and was knocked out for a few minutes and then in & out of consciousness for the first 3 days after but I also had 3 separate surgeries during those 3 days and really don't remember them), and since then I've seen shadow figures out the corner of my eyes, and have had random night terrors (not particularly of the wreck just random blah blah blah night terrors) and the most recent night terrors were so rear, which one of them I wouldn't exactly call it a dream but it was just a strange experience for sure!! I was home alone and I fell asleep and I'm a very deep sleeper but that morning I literally felt someone or something poke me in my butt **** through my gym shorts to the point it hurt when I went to the bathroom later on. I woke up freaking out to no end!! Nobody was in my house but me when that happened and it woke me up out of a dead sleep and I could still feel it later on as if someone has really jabbed me hard!!

And demons don't scare me so much as I feel very... dissatisfied with how a "demon" doles out its existence. Not that it's my place to judge as a "living" entity but it's so human to think of these kinds of beings as anything more than helpless human souls who haven't figured out how to set up proper spiritual infrastructure. So they lash out on us, like... chill out ghost. Damn

I use a dream dictionary online. It says if you dream of a demonic attack, then it means you feel completely and totally helpless. I have had sleep paralysis for a while now. Sometimes it's chronic. When I first started having it, I thought it was a demonic attack. I would wake up on my bed. I could see my whole room and myself laying there. I felt as if something weighing a ton was trapping me down. I was trying desperately to move and scream for my mom, but I couldn't move. Nor could she hear me. I then heard some demonic laughing in my head. Telling me I was trapped. Somehow in my sleep I made it over to my mirror. I could only see myself, but I could feel the force trying to merge into me. I could see it in my eyes, but it wasn't completely inside me yet. I started then trying to recite the Lord's Prayer, but the thing was trying to stop me from saying it. I still tried screaming it for all my might. The demon inside me laughed. I continued and once I got half of it out, I woke up. After a few times of having this dream or attack, I got stronger. I would be strong enough and as soon as I felt the demon. I would instantly start saying the Lord's Prayer. Being able to eventually recite it without the demon interfering. Since then I haven't had this happen again. I still have sleep paralysis, but it's more like astro projection now. I just tell myself it's a dream, wiggle my fingers, toes, and tell myself to breathe. Then I wake up.

No one will probably read this, but here goes. My recent "sleep paralysis", just in case anyone has had something similar, please let me know. The other night I had a sleep a paralysis/waking dream (maybe quasi-sleep walking?) or something like that. In my dream I was in my bed, the same position I remember laying in before falling asleep. I don't know how long I was asleep for. I was trying to get out of bed, but it was very difficult. It was like I barely had any muscle control, I felt my "dead weight" and couldn't maneuver myself out of bed. I want to clarify that I remember actually feeling myself move, but I would compare it to the effects of anesthesia wearing off as I had some muscle control and movement, and was "flopping" around trying to regain full control. I had wanted to get up, because I had fallen asleep too early and had to do some things. I kept trying, for what seemed like 20 minutes maybe, and I was like attempting to drag myself a little bit at a time, and I felt completely out of it in my body, but my mind was pretty much awake. I then dreamt that I went downstairs and spoke to my husband for a little bit, nothing in particular, he was sitting on the couch. I then must've fallen back asleep or something like that, whether I had actually gotten up or not. I have no idea if any of this actually occurred, I doubt I actually went downstairs. I haven't asked him about it yet, he probably wouldn't remember as I don't think he realized I had fallen asleep. I typically go downstairs a couple times to get something while he's watching t.v. every night, too. I have had true sleep paralysis a couple times in my life, and I never "saw" anything, it was just that I couldn't move and I start panicking because I'm completely paralyzed and feel like something is wrong with me, and trying to wake my husband up, but then it stops suddenly etc typical text book sleep paralysis. This was different, though, obviously.
@crazydaisyog39843 жыл бұрын
Try to stay calm and slowly force your mind to take control over your movements. Don't fall back asleep, concentrate on moving one arm at a time, eventually moving your body. ❣️

I remember when I was little I would sleep in my moms room most of the time, out of fear of having a nightmare. One night she wasn't there, she was taking care of a patient at her house. This was the first night my mom wasn't home, even though she wasn't home I went to sleep in her room. This was after waking up in the middle of the night, I still couldn't go to sleep because there was a thunder storm. Then all of a sudden when I was laying on my side I heard a voice of a lady humming a lullaby. I could feel something touching my neck, it was soothing. Then I turned around to see who it was, she disappeared, and I was finally able to sleep...

That string thingie in story 2 is similar to the silver cord thing described by people who had Out of Body experiences. With the story teller and cousin being disturbed or harassed by demonic spirits around the same time means that it could be a family sacrifice / curse thing.
