Would you like your good deeds to continue increasing even after your death? The Prophet (sa) said "When a man dies, his good deeds come to an end except three; ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and righteous offspring who will pray for him." (Muslim) Please share my channel with your contacts, and inshaAllah if they benefit and teach others this will count as beneficial knowledge and your good deeds will continue to increase even after your death as long as the benefit continues inshaAllah. Where can I get the kitab of nikkah?

pls elaborate what you said in 8:40 . It seems invalid for me
@PakuZero6 ай бұрын
It applies to both man and woman in the marriage, you can not deny the other relations except for a valid reason. There is evidence at least in the form of sahih hadith, but probably in the quran itself since nikkah's literal meaning is sexual relations and walimah is done after consumation. The whole essence of marriage is to have lawful intercourse

It is not permissible to stipulate that a groom must not marry a second wife because Allah has permitted the man to take up to 4 wives at the same time. Any contract that is contrary to the quran and sunnah is not valid even if it is agreed upon. Uqood has to be in permissible mattters. If a person makes an Uqood with another that he will sell him alcohol if the other provides him facilities for prayers then this Uqood is not to be upheld.
@MHShah17 Жыл бұрын
I think it's that if the wife makes the rule that the husband accept her as the only wife, he's not allowed to take more while married to her unless she removes that condition or they divorce. Islam has many options available, but if they culture set some rules, not all are going to be kept.
@Haadi8810 ай бұрын
It is permissible akh/ukht. This is not contrary to the Quran and sunnah. The man marry more than one is his right and choice, but if the wife makes that stipulation and he accepts, the contract stands. He has just given up a right of his. The example of alcohol is wrong as this is clear cut haram.

As a Christian parent of a Christian son who is marrying a Muslim woman, what rights does my son have? What rights do the Christian grandparents have? The parent of my future daughter in law have demanded he become Muslim. I would have NEVER demanded her to become Christian for the marriage. Yet, her parents demand that my Christian son convert Islam to the marry his love. Jesus invites His beloved. Islam DEMANDS believers. How is this fair? The bride's family demands my son to convert, yet I would never demand the bride to convert to Christianity. That would fly against the Truth of The Gospel. God, Jesus, invites a souls to follow Him. He knocks at the door. He does not demand entrance. Explain this to me.
@shahidX84 ай бұрын
Islam does NOT DEMAND followers. Islam is based on strict monotheism, Laws made by Allah Almighty which was mentioned in Quran. If you wish to know about Islam please watch videos of AHMED DEEDAT lectures.

It’s more suitable that you reach out to a local imam (religious leader) and ask him your concerns. It’s their duty to teach people about Islam, muslims or not. I pray that the One True and Only God Allah, Guides You to the answers that you seek. 😊

The reasons is, when a spouse isn't attracted it can lead to haram means. The woman clearly states she was happy with his deen, but SHE wasn't happy. A marriage is between two, not one.
@MHShah17 Жыл бұрын
BOTH need to be fine with each other. Look is one of the priorities, it isn't the top one (most list's of Islam's priorities for of spouses beauty as the 4th of the group of 4) but even after the religion and personality both need to be able to find each other attractive.
