Okay most of these are great but as a health care professional I feel the need to speak up. You should not use panty liners every day, many have all kinds of perfumes and nasty components that you are putting into direct contact with your delicate areas for long periods of time. Your best bet is to use breathable cotton underwear and if you must a piece of clean cotton fabric that you rewash. Wearing deodorant is not actually necessary so long as you are hair free and wash. If you have a sweat issue it is better to go to the bathroom and use a natural wipe, face wipes work just fine. If you truly want to live a healthy life you will not spray or roll on these terrible chemicals in an area where your nodes are. Studies have shown they persist in your lymphatic system and accumulate over time. You need to understand that spraying things on you will not solve anything, if there is BO there is an underlying issue with nutrition and overall health. NEVER EVER EVER USE FEMALE WASHES it is the WORST thing you can ever do. It will throw off your vaginal pH, your vagina is self cleaning and it is a change in pH that dramatically increases chances of infection especially yeast ones. The razors tip is very good, even better is to use disposables once or twice and never use the same one for the vagina as for the rest of the body. Always try to exfoliate at least twice a week to prevent ingrown hairs especially if you are Indian as we really suffer with ingrown hair down there. A good product is the salux japanese wash cloths. Also let's be honest if we are talking about strictly health we should only be using the sexy thongs etc. for special occasions. Best is the old cotton granny pants I'm afraid. Haha! As for sleep naked is always best and wash sheets frequently! Xx

Totally agree with you on the vaginal washes point. Came here to comment that. These liquids like v wash disturb your natural ph and bacterial composition down there. I have friends who used these products and complained about having itch down there throughout the day. Vagina is a self cleaning organ. Cleaning with water after peeing and taking bath regularly is enough for a normally healthy vagina.

Agree accept the vaginal washes part. Quite a few intimate washes have a pH tailored to suit the vaginal. In fact helps balance it back to normal if it has become too alkaline/ cases of bacterial vaginosis. And guys, vaginal washes are not used to wash the vagina but the vulva (the external portion). For a lot of girls, especially people with excessive discharge/oily skin tendencies, just water is not sufficient and acidic pH intimate washes are much better than alkaline soaps

Yeah using intimate wash daily is really very dangerous.. It's my personal experience.. It left that area extra dry.. So please.. Wash it with cold water and any mild soap!

Thanks a ton for talking about the right disposal of sanitary napkins!! It is undoubtedly the worst sight at the most of the restrooms!! It is also easier to carry a poly bag or diaper disposal bags in ur bag always! And as for using toilet seats there are a bunch of sanitizer sprays available at drug stores 'Pee Safe' is one of them..and they really come handy!

PS: Intimate washes often mess with the pH level of your intimate area. Intimate washes are normally not recommended by gynaecologists as well as it is not good for you. Normal soap with water if the best. Please don't use intimate washes down there. A gentle soap like dove along with water is amazing and works wonders.

amm menstrual cups are made of plastic itself. its not green from any angle and to have something inside you for 8 hours that jst stores the blood which should rather not be in your body. i dont think so. mentrual cups are still not safe.

@@agirlsodope9062 i agree, but in terms of using something which is non bio degradable and keep using it throughout, only increases that waste. whereas once you have used menstrual cup which i agree is made of silicon but still is a great replacement especially considering we only have to buy one and it goes a long way. Green doesn't mean it should be bio-degradable, something which is environment friendly in the long run is most definetely a great step. have done my research.. do yours as well.

It being more pocket friendly which i agree it is one time investment but that doesnt make it any better! The most important thing here is that its not safe. i squat in public bathrooms too.. i always have tissues, wet wipes and intimate wipes in my handbag.. bella makes the best panty liners.. i ve used both carefree and bella. the carefree ones get crinkled after sometime.. but the bella ones dont.. they have sizes too i use the size medium and it is perfect for me

Deospray everyday on underarms not necessary. Wear pantyliners when you go travelling or when you have excess discharge other than that you dont need to. Intimate wash not necessary everytime but u can use it when on your periods or when you have excess moisture down there. Squatting in public toilets absolutely necessary for all women. Shaving doesnt work for people with thick hair just do a trim. Disposable razors good idea. Clean lingerie is common sense. No tight clothes while sleeping agreed. Cleanliness down there is important. 👍

I used to think only I maintain these hygiene rules for a long time. Like the squatting thing. 😂 I never ever sit on a public commode! Even after spraying it with Peesafe spray. Not only that, I avoid touching anything. I push the flush button with a toilet paper so that I don't have a direct contact with it.

Gynecologists don't suggest using a panty liner...even normal pads can cause rashes and disturb the ph balance....to keep dry, its recommended to just dry out using toilet paper...agree with the rest of ur points
