Idk if anyone has said it, but acetone strips most spray paints right off, and it's dirt cheap. Put some on a rag and wipe your hands off, and then rinse with water and maybe use some lotion, it really dries skin out, but you should be totally clean.

a local store in my city that sells things like sneakers, skateboards and accessories, as well as spray paint/graffiti stuff actually lets you take carboard boxes for your cans. they look a bit like the box shown at 1:04 and if you ever have the chance to get a box like that, especially for free, then definitely do it. they are so, so much better than carrying the cans loose in a backpack or something similar

I would definitely recommend buying masks for when you do use paint. Specifically with the non-water-based paints like aerosol, enamels, etc. They reek of chemicals and are bad for you (the chain of systems in your body that it affects). Acetone is usefull. If your markers valves are clogged up throw them in acetone and let sit for a bit. Works same way with spray caps

Shoe polish should be number 10.We just mix up paint in a shoe polish bottle and its just as good as a expensive mop. Use busted cans, paint, ruined markers ect for a mix with some of the polish. Same with markers. Get a pack of window markers and put your own mix in it. Save yourself 100s of dollars.

I work in R&D for a paint company and feel like I should comment this. For cleaning your hands you should not use solvents, get a tube of Kresto Special Ultra or something similar. Of course, if you need to clean your hands when not at home I would recommend just basic Ethanol or something and hope for the best. Your body absorbs solvents through your skin, not just through your lungs.

Hi, im pretty new to graffiti and stuff and I wonder why my frog mop (20mm mini) isn’t really painting the gold (Klondike gold FMP) in its full potential. The line is always seethrough and scratchy, so there’s not much paint coming out but if I press than either nothing happens to come out or I get a sea of Paint. Pls help me I paid 10 bucks for the gold and I think I waisted it as the paint didn’t come out nearly as good as the Icy blue from fmp I also have.
