In the 80s I ran into a friend sitting on the corner in town near a sticker he had placed on a pole. It was an image of two uniformed riot police having doggy style anal sex. Very crisp B&W graphic that looked a bit abstract from a distance but just popped into focus when you got near it. The absolute visceral shock and horror that immediately rolled across people's face as they got near was just amazing. I don't think I've ever seen such an honest and immediately unfiltered response to any image in any gallery.

Minty candle. Seeing graffiti always interested me, I don't often visit urban areas, but there's a train yard close to town and almost every car on one of the trains had graffiti on it. The designs were all unique and visually appealing. Like a moving canvas, it was probably tagged by tons of artists at different train yards from around the country and that to me is so cool.
