#6 I've been using a flambient shooting technique for many years. I'd like to try shooting HDR but don't know the best editing techniques. Who do you out source your HDR files to?

Tried the outsource editing thing. dont like that they lack consistancy and if you are not earning pounds or Dollars its not an option. I had to do all the admin. go and drive to shoot. spend hour and half on shoot. come back edit all the outside pics myself and send the interior pics to be edited. so for instance im getting 35 dollars a shoot..... remember im south African so our currency as it stands now, is almost 20 times weaker. I pay for 1 photo and you guys get 20. So i end up giving 20 to 25 dollars and i tak like 5 or 10 dollars and still need to go over the stuff. That sucks. but thanks your video was very informative. Just had to raise this very annoying concern that we on this side cant afford outsourcing

#10: agree with perhaps part of what you're saying, it's important to accommodate client best you can. But, it's VERY important for photog not to relinquish full rights of their photos - this is a very standard and recommended practice. While it may not matter much on a pic of bathroom or walk-in closet, photogs have to protect themselves when the contractor/interior designer/landscaping company start using your photos to further their business/make money off your work that they have not paid for. Good photos have a way of getting passed around, and when those "unlimited usage/work for hire" agreements start appearing, I professionally laugh in their face. what a lot of noob photogs don't understand when they sign these agreements, THEY are losing the right to sell their image. Lot wrong with this, esp if you contribute to stock agencies/designer magazines etc. Now if it's a shitbox house, and all you do is shoot $100-300k listings, then your recommendation prob not overly harmful but still not a great habit to get into. While I appreciate some of your content Eli, you should understand that your voice/reach might be pointing photogs down a dangerous path. For topics like this, I'd at least tell both sides of the story so viewers can make an educated opinion. Possible I'm off-base here depending on your target audience; if primarily you have noob shooters who think they want to be a real estate photog, struggle with it for couple years then give up, never shoot listings over $1-5m, etc .. then perhaps you're being helpful. Can tell you from experience that when you're dealing with legit agents/listings on $1500-2000/day shoots, they wouldn't dare put an agreement like that in front of me - aka mutual respect.

Hey Eli! I'm looking to get into real estate photography and I believe it was your last video where you said you would say which lens would be best for certain cameras in the comments. I was wondering what you would recommend for a Canon EOS Rebel T7. Even if you don't respond, thanks so much for all the videos. You've inspired me to actually pursue real estate photography, so wish me luck that I do well lol.

So what your saying is, shoot generic stuff and outsource the edit. Then be a push over when it comes to boundaries in the name of “client relationship” Your advice is good for those looking for a non sustainable business model. Eventually you are going to burn out. If you’ve done $100,000 worth of low end shoots and running around cleaning houses I’d hate to imagine what $200k looks like. The ONLY way what your saying works is if you eventually build up your business to the point where you hire bodies to do your shooting for you, and you simply manage them with high turnover rates. Not hating on your business as you can definitely make a lot of money doing - this as you’ve proven. Just some of the things you’ve said are flat out bad advice. The goal should always be quality clients and big money over quantity clients and average money. Running and gunning is going to take its toll and won’t last as long as you think. Or who knows maybe you will be the next McDonald’s of real estate photography
