mine doesnt rattle, but i got the manual comp, dont hit your key fob while in your house and let the rain in your trunk. Blew my amp costs 2k to fix

The rattle from the back is the brake light trim. What i did is put some foam and the rattle was gone

Just a tip you can turn off the “bling” you just need to code your car. You can change the sound or turn it off completely

Rattling sound is because of the titanium muffler, look in to a dinan muffler.

I'm getting an M4. Do you reckon the upgraded crankhub is worth it or is it fine to get one of those failsafe kits which are a few hundred. My car has 65k miles

from what I had researched, the crank bolt capture kit was sufficient unless you're pushing like upgraded turbo power. I been running mine on e30 tune and haven't had issues. A lot of people's failed when they went to ethanol

BMW issues never disappoint. So many serious issues that require a lot of money to preemptively mitigate or even more money to fix once it goes south. Seriously, I think you should come back to Audis. Better platform, better community.

I love audi the best had 2 s4,s loved them so decided on rs4 but U can't go wrong with any of those platforms!! Can't wait to see the z06 !!! yeah I totally agree I hv an Audi but, I love all German cars Mercedes, Audi, bmw, Porsche, etc but most bmw owners are so toxic its bmw or the highway

I have valves but I unplugged them, you’ll still have a rasp with valves closed it’ll just be slightly more quiet

You are scaring potential buyers, the crankhub issue is not that common as a rod bearing failure on the e92/90's m3. You hear everyone about but how many actual movies do you find that it happend? I know a few but the half of it is also personal failure/money shifting. Also be glad that the sensors are sensitive, because if your crankhub spun like a bit you immidiatly get a drivetrain malfunction and it's not to late then. I did a lot of research about it and i came to a conclusion that not even 1% of the s55 M3/M4 had a catastrofic crank hub failure. Most of the time is the way you ar handling the car, if you constantly do a kick down go from 7 to 3th then you will wear and tear faster and faster also I came to a conslusion that the crankhub issues mostly take place when a car is in the low mileage or got a heavy tune (600+hp). I had an M4 doing 540hp and 720nm and did not install it, also my tuner (Mosselman) said it wasn't necessary only if you go way up the 600+ horsepower. The intercooler itself holds also fine, i was with al whole community of S55's and nobody got the issue of leaking chargepipes what so ever. that's more a common issue on the N55 The only issue I had with my M4 was that the stock differential bushings were leaking (the first m3's m4's used oilfilled bushings and that was leaking) replaced them for strongflex rubbers and it was gone.

I feel like yall make these videos just to get views, the sensor thing that you wete talking about, I find it as an issue in many modern cars.. and the fact that DCT does that is something you hate about the gearbox not the car, should've got the manual instead am I wrong?

either way thanks for this video, always get to know something new and form me this car is just amazing, I would love to own it one day even considering all the bad things you and others owners have had
