one thing you have to look out for with the falcons is the roof covering, it can fall off quite easily with little exposure to sunlight.

Before my fg g6et, I had a BA xr6t.. and for real, my BA never had an issue. Bought her at 92k sold her at 183... over 7 years (besides the friggen coil packs) My g6et now has to last as long 😂 Get a Barra turbo, you'll be in love even more 🤘

I bet you are even more excited if you see my 2011 FG XR6 Turbo with 300 rwkws, got ceramic coating on metallic lightning silver, full leather interior, premium sound system, 6 piston Brembo brakes at the front, 19 inch FPV Dark Argent wheels, dark tint windows. Mine looks a lot better than a brand new stock XR6t.

Nice one mate. My first car was an HT Holden. $999 bucks, more dents than a river barge, hand painted, 186 c.i. 90K drum brakes and sticking gear shifters that forced me to drive home backwards once. Your choice more sensible, but I loved the wagon bit.

I'll be honest, if I didn't own a Falcon you sound a *little* bit like you're trying to convince yourself that you like the car.. but damn, after owning a BA XR6 myself, you are so right. Everything you say about your FG I can completely relate to. For any new drivers that can't afford a $14000 car but really likes how the XR6 is described in the video, check out the BA/BF XR6 (non turbo). Right now is probably one of the smoothest and most comfortable cars that still can really perform that you can buy for under $3000 AUD.

I have a 1997 el falcon got that in 2011 and i love it ive done some work on it BUT in may 2018 i payed 5 thousand for a 2003 BA XR6 and its fantastic dont get me wrong ive oned and loved holdens 1975 eh torana and 1979 gemini but the bara engine and the way it handles and looks omg i am never selling ether of them my son wont let me lol

I got a 2011 FG xr6 in seduce red. I wasn't even looking for a falcon at the time. My boss's wife was selling hers so I low balled an offer of 8k. She said yes so thought fuck it. It suprised me how nice they are to drive. It has 177,000km and not a single leak. Keen to upgrade to a xr8 or turbo. Want more poooooower.
