Andrew M Vose fantastic video! Cute blooper! So in love with Pensacola! Was just there last Sat at the Starbucks off Bayou Blvd, they make a phenomenal Frappuccino-service was great! i agree totally, moved here right before housing price jumped up 3 yrs ago and never really been here before that, but really come to love it here. the only thing i can point out would be tourist season heavy traffic, so we usually go to beach and restaurants during the week. great video.

Fiance and I are thinking about moving here from South Florida. We are only 25 and 22 years old, never been there but we have a baby on way and heard about the school systems. Any areas you recommend on buying a house or areas to stay away from? thanks! We were looking at gulf breeze and saw some houses around ferry pass
