The "Made in Japan Playlist" or whatever it was and the Japan inspired meeting place and mountains with japanese decorations are such a punch in the face of Playground Games and is a hardcore fanservice to the Forza Horizon- and the JDM community.

The graphics and lighting are so much better. It looks like a mix of FH5 and NFS Unbound, and the cars appear more THERE if u get what I mean, but still sorta plastic-like just like The Crew 2. Also the sense of speed is gonna make high speed racing or even just cruising a lot more satisfying. I will definitely check it out. It looks much more fun and actually worth grinding in.

Sense of speed has been reworked during the insider program. It was very vague in the beginning but suddenly they hit it spot on !

The physics seems perfect apart from suspension and gravity, and i can see Ubisoft doing this on a Update. Really nice to see the evolution from The Crew 2! I hope this starts a new competition between Forza, NFS, TDU and The Crew.

Something to note about the interior steering wheel, if you have a racing wheel connected, whatever wheel rotation you set your own wheel to in the settings, the interior wheel rotation will adapt to the set degree, whether it be 360° or 720°+

My only concern is the physics. Despite you saying it's better, it doesn't look convincing. Cars probably still have very little weight since gravity has to be multiplied in order to drive, and that sounds like core issue that won't be ever fixed due to how game engine works. Im not a game dev tho, i hope i'm wrong

I agree, while it does seem like a big leap from crew 2, it doesn't look as promising. I personally really like how FZ5's physics are, it feels more realistic and engaging compared to motorfest's physics. I've seen drivers drift in this game and it kinda threw me off. I'll try the game either way cause it's a fresh start but I can't help but share the same concern with you

They need to learn from driveclub. You can see his foot pushing the gas and breaks, actually shifts the gears, steering wheel turning is near perfect and interior is accurate, good looking.

The speedometer looks only changes in playlist the vintage garage playlist events have the old looking speedometer but if you drive the classic cars in freeroam then speedometer looks has the normal modern look and also has gps
