A big set of achievable resolutions, that's the way to go! Just one note of caution, and I do appreciate you're being conservative on cosmetic surgery and measures. Botox when used from when you're too young, can permanently collapse the muscles and over time this can cause a kind of prolapse. I really wouldn't be touching your face with Botox at your age. I have only done the minimum and I'm much older than you. The reason is you cannot halt ageing completely and if you're trying for perfection it can be a slippery slide. Surgeons and beauty therapists are rarely going to advise on avoiding the measures they sell. Sensible approach on the lip fillers and continue to keep it very low key. Some of those fillers harden and cause complications so make sure you research that. You want the ones closest to your natural body in terms of chemical composition. Nobody wants to age but it's a natural part of life. As you age out of your baby fat, your bone structure becomes more prominent and that's not a bad thing! Kate Moss became more beautiful not less, as she came out of her teens and into her twenties and thirties. All the best for you in the New Year Sergio!

Weight training is the most beneficial for keeping your muscle and most importantly bone mass. The weights make your muscles more efficient and look great as well. Kudos for you committing to your health.

The biggest things for aging gracefully in you 20s is the diet, exercise, no smoking and lots of sunscreen! I do think you are a little early for Botox 😅 I started at 30 and I love it. I think you could put the Botox money towards your travel (or the filler 😉) for a few years!

Agree! Start with retinol and be diligent with sunscreen. Retinol takes forever but the transformation is amazing. I was able to hold off on Botox until 41 just with reducing alcohol, retinol, sleep and sunscreen. Saves money and skin is naturally resilient!

I definitely agree with the Mexican citizenship. Last year I got my Jamaican citizenship and passport and it so great to have concrete ties to island like the rest of my family who are born there. Plus I travel to the Caribbean, not just Jamaica a lot. When using the passport this past year it was sooo much more effortless. I hope your process goes smoothly because it’s definitely worth it.

💯 Health is wealth! Yes take advantage of not paying for health insurance while you’re covered. Physical twice a year, regular dental cleanings, eye exams, blood work, etc. It all adds up. 💜💜💜💜

A custom varsity jacket would be so cool. I thought about getting some custom pieces as well. I love the ysl cassandre jacket with the embellishment on the back. It retails for $5,500 and I wouldn’t pay that. I thought to myself, I need to find a tailor and get a jacket made with my initials.

You might be too young to do any Botox or fillers, your body is still changing, I would advise hold off until you’re in your 30. I know gen-z’s are really into fillers and Botox but I would advise hold off as your body is still changing.
