I stopped drinking alcohol in April. Lost weight, saved money, memory improved, I feel more happy with myself. Also, glad to boycott anything causing the world harm because my joy shouldn’t come at the cost of anyone else’s pain. Love this video. You’re so young and wise.

I'm not buying anything in 2024 😂 I'm cleaning out my house and have found sooo much shit. Unused makeup, skincare, clothes, shoes, etc...ughh. Donated a bunch and will stick with what I have. I wanna either save my money or spend it on experiences.

I invested in a nice coffee maker so I can make Starbucks coffee at home, I'm saving $200 a month doing this and avoiding the Starbuck pastries 😂

-Yes! I stopped buying so much makeup that I didn’t use. I only buy to replace. I definitely don’t my eyeshadow. I really only use a brown in my crease but I do my students makeup from time to time (you know Auntie things!) so I keep a lil more than what I’d like. - I want to build my fragrance collection so I will continue to buy that this year - I’m not doing fast fashion too unless it for basics that I need to replace every year (ie linen shirts). I want to be intentional - I stopped buying cups this year because I was getting carried away and it was excessive. -

I’m cutting backing/ not buying anything unless I really need it or I’m out of it. I may treat myself occasionally but makeup, and fragrance are a No. I’m almost done decluttering! It feels soo good.

Things i have cut to save money. Overbuying skincare, hair products, linens, towels, food. I use to do alot of stock piling. Now i just buy exactly what i need and try to use it up everything i have before getting something else

I stopped drinking in August and feel so good! I am totally with you on not buying makeup. I don't have a ton, but have enough where I feel overwhelmed. I will not be buying as much Starbucks. It's expensive, and unhealthy. My dream and goal is to buy my own home. I will be putting extra money towards my home downpayment savings acct. I will also be paying off my final credit card. Thank you for this video. It was enjoyable. It is also nice to see someone on KZbin not going over expensive wishlist, but saving money. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2024.

OMG! I agree. A few weeks ago, I returned $4000 worth of stuff I don't need. I am returning another $500 tomorrow. However, I did order a pair of Prada sneakers because they were 40% off for a limited time. I also bought a pair of classic suede Tod's sneakers too for 40% off. After this, I am done shopping.I am going to enjoy the things I have that are yet to be worn. I went through my closet and returned everything I bought on impulse and kept only the items I will wear which are true to my casual style. Amen.

I own a Nespresso machine and buy pods for an excellent morning coffee at less than 2 bucks that taste better than any coffee shop out there. But i really love my matcha ceremonial tea that cost very little when making my matcha latte at home, at the highest quality. Yes i do own a few luxury bags and accessories from LV and Gucci. I agree with you they are a waste of money because i don't use them much. But honestly I really enjoy having them... ...to watch as decoration in the house, as I don't want to get robbed during this time of economy in recession. I now save money on buying a smile on the people in need for help. This is more enjoyable than buying unnecessary things. I wish that i can sell them all to do something more useful. Good video ❣️

Happy New Year Sergio! I loved this video. I will be cutting down on alcohol drinks as well in 2024. I need to lose weight and I feel like alcohol and starbucks have made me gain a lot of weight in 2023 and I will be cutting back on both.. I used to bring in donuts for co workers but this year I will only do that for potlucks. Donuts keep going up in price. Overall I am going to be more frugal since I am also very worried about job security and layoffs. Thank you for sharing. xoxo

I’m worse with the make up. I feel I collect this point. I only do eyes and lips and wear makeup only for special events and occasions. So once in a blue moon. I just like the pretty colors although I’m a neutral girlie 🤦🏾. I’m definitely with you on this trend of being more frugal in everything going forward.

I am on a no buy unless it is absolutely necessary. I also cut my alcohol intake by 90% basically only had it during holiday dinners. Also the best move I made to start of the new year was deleting the Uber eats app. They took ALL my money since covid. I love dark coffee and drink it fuerte (black) but I buy the bags of coffee have them grind it and make my own at home. I am getting rid of all my Starbucks cups. But that one Stanley I have is my lifeline. I never drank water before I had that. Good luck and we are all in this together.

That’s a good list. I haven’t had a drink of alcohol in 5 yrs and I don’t miss it. Research what alcohol does to the body and brain and you’ll never want it again. I think we live in a times of excess but that’s changing. I got rid of most of my logo pieces, and about 80% of my collection. I couldn’t use as many bags as I had. Those stupid Stanley cups, no way, no thanks, talk about “basic”😂😂😂
