The point about being at your absolute breaking points was extremely relatable. I remember with my son in the first month, I vividly remember thinking "I can't do this. What have I done??" And wow I feel so guilty about these thoughts cause now he's 2 and I don't regret a single moment with him ❤

Beautifully said and I could not agree more! As a new mom it was so hard for me to prioritize myself too those first few months. Now, a few months in and I watch your videos while I’m on the treadmill, taking care of me, while my baby safely and happily watches while playing on the floor close by. Thank you for putting my thoughts into words and validating me too

When you said I wish I would have known what postpartum would feel like That hit me So true maybe we wouldn’t be so quick to judge others Post partum is hard I now have 2 under 2 and after back to back pregnancies its so tough

Im glad you mentioned that women need to be their own advocate so that they can take care of themselves. Our culture is full of overly exhausted women who, as result, are quite critical (understandably so). It is sad because really there's no reason dad cant hold the baby for 30min while mom takes a shower. Its wild to me.

I agree completely, & it’s sad that I was so scared to even share that I prioritize a daily shower because I was afraid of the judgement. but it’s so important that mothers fill their own cups too 🫶🏼
