I probably should listen to this video every day! 😅 My biggest issue is courage and over analyzing, which leads to inconsistency. I feel like I have to be a master at something before I put myself out there. I can’t let anyone see me ride my bike before I know how to ride my bike! 😂 Anyway, having just completed my first year, I feel like the biggest surprise has been how much there is to learn beyond helping people buy and sell homes. I think so many get into this industry imagining themselves showing homes and closing deals and don’t realize sometimes the biggest hurdle is just how much you have to work on yourself. Mindset, Discipline, Work-Ethic, Knowledge, Courage, and never giving up on yourself. Then, you have to learn to promote yourself! It can be intimidating and overwhelming. I continue to take steps forward everyday, though, just finished editing my first KZbin Short! 🎉 I really want to thank you Mike for providing more actionable content than literally anyone else in the industry.
