I Left my job to get into real estate! (I am very grateful I am able to do that so I can go all in) and I made the decision with SO MUCH fear knowing I will need to work even more and longer hours for this to work out. Putting my all in NOW, for a better later.... I have never had much guidance for a better future and am figuring it all out on my own, and this made me feel like I finally do have some guidance which brings more comfort than I can explain! you gained a new subscriber!

I love this Tina. All these are great tips and advice for any Hungry Real Estate Agents. As a 3X ICON Agent, this mindset is what has kept me going. Even as a successful agent, some of my spheres still work with another agent. You need to have a thick skin to make alot of money in this business. Goodluck to everyone 🚀🙏

I'm ok I literally joined days after getting my license February 22 and they are there to help if you ask. You have a sponsor a mentor a broker not just your broker and endless people in exp world thats there willing to help you it's crazy that people will say that. They have exp University and alot of training videos and live meetings everyday they want you to succeed. I believe it's ok for newly licensed agents I also joined solo but they do have teams.

'Im glad that I stumbled upon your video. Im a new new agent- just passed the licensing exam and ready to put forth all my energy and efforts to become successful. Just the first few minutes of this video was motivation. At this time, I'm stuck on finding the RIGHT broker for me. What questions should I be asking potential brokers? What do I need from a broker as a new agent to be set up for success? What does a new agent look for? Is it an interview that I need I need to have answer prepared for?

Very much appreciate the info. I’ve worked for years as an independent contractor in another industry and this common thread of self-ignition and mamba mentality resonates with me. I’m excited for the future and deciding which brokerage to sign with and EXP seems like it might be the best fit. How might I find the best sponsors in my area to contact? North Atlanta/Alpharetta area. Thanks again!

I’ve been told to stay away from exp if you are new because you won’t have the support that is needed.
@karenmiasyrealtor226010 ай бұрын
Hi Randy, that truly depends on WHO you join up under. There are teams ran by experienced agents who do not leave you in the dark. Additionally you can sign up for an exp mentor for your first two transactions and they will be by your side for both. Someone like Tina Caul has a system in place for new agents, an office building 🏢 to come work from, and additional high level training outside of the exp world daily trainings. Hope this helps clarify the Exp myths out there.

😅I used to say that too when I worked for a competing brokerage. I can tell you I've worked for big and small brokerages and I've never had more support, community and personal opportunity to grow than here at eXp.

I've heard the same thing from people not apart of EXP. I passed National in January and State a few days ago February 2. One of the instructors asked me who do I plan on joining I told her EXP she said think small. I talked with agents new and more experienced they all said good things about exp and they told me it is good for new agents because of training and of course you get a mentor they also told me that have so much training and tools that she was able to Excell or grow faster than she probably would anywhere else. I really want to be able to work from home and be able to run my own business. I really want to talk more with some experienced agents and maybe find a mentor who could help me and to be able to make my first sell within months of starting. They also walked me through the virtual website I'm now waiting to get my license and join a brokerage
