Question: should the faja be tight after surgery or loose? I noticed you said to compress the body, so I was wandering if a tight faja would be good but then I hear that girls get very swollen so they end up in larger fajas.

When they first put it on it will be tight but not to the point where you can’t breathe. After 2 weeks max you should be ready for a stage 2. You don’t want it to be too tight. That’s what your boards are for.
