@@vitt4300 No. However, actual tier 4 gear isnt really crazy expensive..BIS pieces probably cost 1m or something but a full set of weapon power might only cost a couple 100k

How can you know impact + precision is bad if you are not even close to reaching mid-late game with these effectives. It's broken on t6 imp/prec +1 with rank 9 rangers company prec/imp items.

It's bad. Ironically enough it gets WORSE as you level up. Because it has DR associated with your effective level.
