Can we just take a moment to appreciate Bang PD who recognized the potential for greatness in each member of BTS, they built Bighit into the worldwide name for excellence it is today. Each member is a phenomena on their own but together they rock the world

when I discovered BTS in 2020, Bang PD got my respect and admiration before I dived headlong into the rabbit hole trying to know the individual members. As a Digital Marketing practitioner myself, I would love to pick Bang PD's brain and learn valuable marketing insights.

I can’t believe, I am saying this, but Chapter 2 was so necessary for BTS as individuals, and for Army. I love to see them as individual artist and growing the fandom with each new solo debut! When BTS come back, they will BE STRONGER 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 and those tickets are going to be HELL to get 😂😂😂😂

As always you have presented another great video. I also attended Yoongi’s concert in Chicago.and I relate to everything you have said. I am an older Army (59 b/f) and I saw people of all races, ages and genders attending the concert. My 28 y/o nephew went with me (we flew to Chicago) to support me due to health challenges I have. He is not a fan at all, but he even enjoyed the show not understanding the language or context of many of his songs. I hope to see BTS as a group perform when they complete their military service, but if not, I am so happy and blessed to attend this concert. It was truly a phenomenal show and worth the concert and travel fees I paid. Jimin and Hobi are my bias, but I would love to also see all members perform their own concert as well. I think they all can carry a stage on their own.

I agree with everything you have said here. I've not seen BTS live as I'm new to the group, but wanted to see Suga in Chicago. How you describe his artistry and the love he poured into the concert is exactly how I felt as well. He was an artist and musician on stage, showing so many different facets of his talent. I will say that ARMY gave the love right back to him. I did not expect 18,000 people in Chicago to be able to sing every word in Korean along with him. I have wondered if he expected this response in the US for his solo tour and if not, how he felt about the fans' response. At the Day 3 Chicago concert I attended he did comment on how loud the crowd was, and how it was getting louder at each concert. The entire night was a great experience.

D-Day concert was amazing. Like you said, he showed us respect. Also, one key point about Yoongi. He expected the same amount of respect from the Army without making them them look or feel bad. I don't know any other artists aside from his members that do that successfully.

What a well thought out analysis! Thank you for this - Suga is remarkable, and deserves such a thoughtful appreciation of his art. I attended the first night, and have watched the live streams and clips of the subsequent concerts. I'm stunned at how much he gives for each concert, and how intimate this arena setting is. At first, I wished he'd booked the stadium venues so that more people could attend. He would have sold out each one. But, after watching these concerts, I think he made the absolutely right choice for the smaller venues. The energy flowing from him to us, and back to him from us, is perfectly intimate in these smaller settings. His story is so personal and emotional, and one really feels this as he performs with ARMY. What a wonderful experience!

I agree that the concert felt very intimate. I never thought when I became a stan of BTS, that Suga's individual projects would be in my top two by way of how he makes music. It's so hard to describe in ways people would understand. He's a serious musician and I can hear it in the way he composes and produces music and in his lyrics. Thank you for you analysis of the concert.

I feel the same way. It's difficult to put into words, but when I had the chance to attend Day 1 and 2 of his concert in LA, I felt something immediately that I can't put into words. I had already watched his promo activities, MVs, documentary and blood of his NY concert, but nothing prepared me for what I experienced at Day 1. Although I know he's a total artist, musician, composer, producer, rapper and singer, I walked away from that concert feeling all sorts of ways: impressed, grateful, fortunate, and in total awe of him as an artist. Much respect to this talented man. All the guys are talented individually and as a group, so I knew I would enjoy it. Concert was intimate, expressive, wild, and the stage set up was so memorable, I couldn't get enough. Yoongi seriously wrecked me and I will never forget how I felt watching his performance.

I too was blown away by how thought out the whole experience was. I agree, it Was it really a concert it was something that he wanted us to experience with him. I saw it in Oakland And I believe he was carried out just like he was carrying in by the dancers. That really struck me hard because I saw the dancers as representing Army. He poured out his soul through his music and performance, sharing and opening all the wounds and all the joys of his life that he expressed through the music he gave us onstage. Like you said a well thought out set list of his life. And it hit me strong that the dancers (to me) represented Army carrying him,and will continue to. I really wondered about the tearing down of the stage, until the last song, when it was no stage, no show, just him and Army. As sad as I was that the incredible experience was over, it made me love him even more. I knew I had experienced something rare a nd VERY special that I will never forget!

What you said about his swagger coming from his art, and his artistry, rather than from any other place, really resonates with my perception of his performance. Everything came from his heart and soul. While the music is entertaining and well-constructed, it doesn't give up any of its passion and raw emotional impact. I loved and respected him, before. But even more so, now. Thank you for this look into the concert experience. 💜

i remember watching this artist say that when he/she goes on stage or do anything for that matter, he/she doesn't think of how to become the best artist but thinks of how he/she can "shock" people. it made me realize why he/she never appealed to me. and i guess, there is nothing wrong with what he/she is doing since no one is forcing him/her to do it. but i personally don't like it because it was all glamor and superficial. and it made me further understand why i gravitate towards certain artists. i always go towards artists that have substance in their art. i will see the "swag" if there is substance.

This analysis/video is so great that I've watched it 3 times, lol. You're so right that the concert started BEFORE the opening video, even. I remember walking into the arena with that gorgeous, two-toned lighting and the sound of the water and thinking, this feels magical. - Which is befitting because Yoongi is magical. But I don't think you had to be at the concert to experience the power of it. You can feel it here!

it really was a conversation. it felt like he gathered us to honor what "we (BTS + ARMY) created together. i didn't expect to feel that. i thought, oh, he is probably going to tell the story of how he got to his state of mind in AMYGDALA. I DID NOT EXPECT HIM to honor the relationship of BTS and ARMY. he is simply a different breed.

What else do we need than Min Yoongi? His artistry will only continue to grow. He is a genius. I'm so sad I couldn't see the concert, but grateful for all the clips and streaming.🇸🇪 He was carried off the stage before the encore in the other concerts. Not the one you saw? In a way he is burying Agust D by being carried in and out but for the encore he comes out as simply Min Yoongi, so we may or may not see Agust D again. Although I think we still need him... 😅
