I love how down to earth, and proud of who he is. So many asian people for some reason are afraid or try to hide any semblance of their culture and stuff they grew up with. i'm glad that us asians are finally getting the superhero representation that we need. I loved that the backstories were well-developed (ESP wenwu) && that there was a cultural depth to this movie that was not difficult to comprehend, yet allowing us to appreciate chinese culture. simu was phenomenal and this role was really suited for him!!! i love this man istg && i can't wait to see what is in store for him and meng'er in the future xx
