There is one big thing that you missed that they have in common. Venom. The reason that Deadpool loves Spider-Man so much is this one reason. Before Venom ever came to Earth, he was a superhero and, in course of events, he bonded with a host who then showed his true nature as pure evil. This traumatic event lead to essentially his brainwashing by the other symbiotes When Venom found his way to earth and stuck with Spiderman he developed a tremendous love of Spiderman; but the mental effects of his trauma began to return, this is what caused his outings in Peter's body. When Peter Parker rejected him he developed an intense hate for him beside his love for him. Venom's later travels lead him to Deadpool. They bonded into what is known as Venompool, and Deadpool genuinely felt bad for Venom. So he tried to help Venom sort out his feelings (namely his simultaneous love and hate of Peter). Eventually they came to a mutual understanding, and Deadpool agreed to make it easier for the alien by allowing Venom (who was unwilling to let go of his hate) to download his love and keep his own hate. That is why Deadpool loves Spider-Man so much.

He once healed completely from a broken arm in 8 hours (after a night's sleep) Something that takes a normal human ~6 weeks to do. or a factor of roughly 125 times normal.
