Loved this video! I do not have a ring but I do have a smartwatch that I use when I sleep, it really does give a great insight in a lot of things. I love seeing people shift to matcha as a long time matcha enthousiast. Would love to see you ceremonial grade matcha in those tins using a chasen hehehe, I think that might even be more next level!

I’m definitely all for self improvement and being healthier but I think all of those things that monitor your body would be bad for my mental health. My personality can get obsessive about certain things and I feel like being so aware of everything happening in my body will lead me to be overly restrictive and anxious. I exclusively use it for running/workouts, whereas the Oura ring I wear 24/7, but I don’t depend on it for activity tracking (I don’t find it’s amazing for activity tracking). I like the garmin because it tracks all of my runs in detail. You don’t get that with the ring!
