Progress Over Perfection” resonates deeply. It’s such a powerful reminder that consistency and self-compassion go further than striving for flawless execution. Small steps, even with occasional setbacks, build stronger habits over time. thank you! 🥰🥰🥰

I used to have this habit of wanting everything to be perfect, and it made me miss out on a lot. Lately, though, I've shifted my focus toward progress and discipline instead, and it's made such a difference! This mindset change has helped me improve in so many ways, and I'm grateful for it.

Loved all your habits but the best one was the "don't say LIKE or AH" all the time. That drives me insane when I watch KZbinrs doing just that. It was one of the first things I noticed about your videos, that you spoke so well. I wasn't annoyed by the end of them🤣. Well done!💕

Wow! Some really incredible insights here Taylor! I am 66 years young and it took me most of a lifetime to learn many of these lessons. You have the outline of a book here. FYI this is the first KZbin video I have saved to watch later. I want to go over your list more mindfully. I was packing for a trip while listening. By the way, Gary Keller and Jay Papasan of Keller Williams Realty wrote a bool called The One Thing that talks about productivity with some astonishing insights. Time for a revisit of that publication. The skin care is so spot on too. I have aged twenty years in 7 since I started sailing without using sunscreen consistently. I have more praise to follow, but I must hit the road. Really great work here.

One habit I’m trying to get into is everyday writing down 5 things I’m thankful for, suggested to me by my old college career councilor. (This is because of me feeling depressed from attempting to find a job for several months since I finish wed college this year and still haven’t been able too)

Iam suprised to say that majority of these were part of my 2024 resolutions and happy to say I stuck to my goals. I mainly loved the sharing our passions idea since it never struck me that sharing my thoughts of my interests would be productive. Love ur content and waiting for more😊❤

Public speaking is my weakness and is something I never addressed. It is a failing in me not that I'm not good at it. But that I never had the courage to tackle the problem head on. So you have a lot of good qualities in that regard.

Hi Taylor, I hope you are in good health. Well, first of all I want to thank God for allowing him another year of life. And on the other hand, I would also like to thank you for what you have done to give us a healthy and plausible vision. I am African and I live in Africa, in the country of Angola, you have never heard of this same country! Glad you're posting again, different types of videos. PROTEIN SOURCES: Eggs pasture raised, egg whites too. Yes, yogurt, cottage cheese, also, with add ins, can be used as dip, spread. Mozzarella, low-fat or lite. (Recommend, YT Easy French Diet, for basic nutritious meal plan ideas.) I've been working from home a few years now, I've also become a bit lazy, I started working on a 2 week rotational daily schedule a couple of months back, make a few changes to the schedule every few days, I want it to be something not too strict, doable long term. Every day in BOLD is what I must do that day. (It covers everything, work, exercise, chores, walks, errands, FLEX time periods, etc. I think it will work out well and get me back on track.) Lastly, you should switch to parchment paper (not aluminum) for cooking in the air fryer.

I love how these aren't at all brand new "OMG WUT??" ideas, but for some reason, hearing you list them out and then thinking about how I integrate these into my life (if I do at all) helps me realize where I need to improve, and lights a fire under my butt to actually make some moves. You have an amazing way of bringing perspective back to normalcy. Thank you thank you

I love these 21 good healthy habits Taylor. Here are some of my favorite habits from your list you can elaborate on if thinking to make another video #3 sunscreen is applying sunscreen important on your face all 4 seasons living in NY or just important in the summer ? #6 buying storage bins for people who deal with clutter in their rooms/offices #8 stop mistaking busyness for productivity, I bust out laughing seeing you on your banana phone and blurred out feet 🤣🤣besides that I like what you talk about productivity..#9 even though I never thought about a air fryer I have been thinking of getting a rice cooker #14 water the relationship grass, some people are introverts VS extroverts ? some introverts have a challenge to water relationships and last but least #21 a wind down time routine, are you a early bird ? Meaning you wake up in the mornings between times of 4:30Am to 6Am

Walking after lunch! I always crash and burn in the afternoon, maybe a walk will help with that! I should really start "doing my excerxises" at night again too, just some easy weights every day. Really liked the examples of protein too, as I am one who has given up on food and will now eat cheese doodles for lunch. Need to get on that.

Taylor 😊you are undoubtedly right in general, because healthy lifestyle habits give us the opportunity to stay young until old age, the best example of this theory is your grandmother, 100 years wow.... that is why I think your advice is very valuable.... And from my side I can add that all these activities that you mentioned should be in line with the needs of our body, because it informs us every day what it needs, we just have to learn to listen to what it tells us😊

Loved this video, thank you. This is the kind of content I originally came for - small bits of life advice, mostly reminders and maybe some new ones. For me the fav is Progress Over Perfection. It's tough because there is often some motivation, and distant goals become impossible as velocity dies. Sometimes even further progress is impractical, but to alter the phrase: Just Keep Doing It.

Hey Taylor, on the topic of lighting - the blue light emitted from LED bulbs does negatively impact our ability to wind down and sleep at night. It's recommended to switch out LED bulbs in lamps for incandescent bulbs(if you can find them). It will provide much nicer warm light, and not affect your circadian rhythm like LED bulbs do. Just a tip that I've found very helpful. Great video! Justin from Toronto

Have you read Good Energy by Casey Means? She writes about bad energy, or metabolic dysfunction, and how to avoid it. Some of your tips align with what she says in her book. Putting dimmers on your lights to stay in sync with your circadian rhythm is one. Also, I don’t know if you meditate but I started doing Yoga Nidra once a day (it’s not movement, you’re literally lying down and listening to a guide). I sleep like a baby every night now. It’s amazing, at least it has been for me. I’m taking an online class to get certified in Yoga Nidra that’s how much I like it. Thanks for sharing your habits, Taylor! Have a great day 😊

I recently finished reading "The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer and highly recommend it! I enjoy wearing brand-name clothing, but it can be pricey. Luckily, you can find great options at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. For those in New York, I specifically recommend the Marshalls and TJ Maxx located in Chelsea, on 6th Avenue between 18th and 19th Streets. I always discover excellent brands at much more reasonable prices! I love your content! Watching your videos exploring New York reminds me of how wonderful this city is, though I miss California! California will always be my home, but I also love New York!

Something to add to 'Progress, Not Perfection' and 'exercise' is even if you start something, do it for two weeks then stop for two weeks, you haven't gone back to zero! I repeat, you haven't gone back to where you started. You started to build the neural pathways of that habit. The progress on the neural pathways is still there.
