The quickest and easiest way to get chain of perfections is get someone to stand at the top of the ladder and have prim lured onto them and just spawn a boat and spam cannons, kills really fast and gives chains

1:40 I want to clarify that for pure stats drowned can be good (especially for pve), however other enchants like multiplicity, ferocity, entanglement, etc are better for surviving longer because they give you perks when you get hit that reduce dmg, give back hp, etc.
