No. 9 FORMER Hokkaido Government Office. You couldn't actually see it now. It's under prolonged, extensive renovation and the whole building is covered in thick canvas tarps. There's just an illustration of the building painted on the tarp. Scratch that from your list for the next few years.

Mein Freund wir sind über all. Jokes by side. It's, because sins bevor the ww 2. Germans where there as captured and be cam later on Citysen of it. And they also have bier Festival there with recipe from germany. So as i had saw it, i wud say hokkaido was the one part of japan that got influenced by germans the most.
