The bible has the secret to a happy marriage and it's wives respect your husbands and husbands cherish your wives as Christ loves the church. Pretty much what you said Paul. :) God bless you too!

According to Ephesians, what a perfect guideline the Bible give us! First, it says summit to one another - equally respect one another! Then said to wives to summit to husbands - husbands should be serious about doing their roles that wives are willing to follow their decisions. Second, husbands should love as Christ love church - love enough yo die for it. What a demand Bible put on husbands!!! Bible is male oriented? Absolutely not. It honors female gender because female is weaker gender. God knows the need of male and female best because He made them and instituted the marriage.

From what I’ve seen there’s usually one person in the relationship acting as Gods word thru the Bible prescribes. The other one is usually a truly selfish asshole, probably going to end up in hell. My boyfriend wants to stay with me, but I refuse to accept his constant rude behavior. He wants to try to stay together, and ‘work’ on it. But, Im at the point where I will be pointing out his asshole behavior every chance I get. Eventually, I’ll be the bitch and he can feel better about our eventual break up. I no longer give a flying fk about his damn feelings about anything. This is going to be a great day. If I stay with him, I will lead him straight to hell because he simply cannot be respectful. If I keep putting up with this, it’s like I’m baiting him into sin by putting up with it.

@@sungschooexactly but nowadays many men don’t play their role and want to get everything and when you are a Christian they will repeat the verse women submit

Paul’s videos for the course are next level. I thought his KZbin videos were great. I am going to take his course all over again. One of the last videos he has during the course: “children” was a home run out of the park for me. I have to show my son how to love a wife unconditionally or suffer divorce and most likely screw up his life forever “The kids will be fine” after divorce is an evil nasty lie
@TheMarriageFoundation
@TheMarriageFoundation 4 күн бұрын
The lie is merely an excuse for failure and the professionals who try to use Western psychological principles to save marriages are doomed to failure. It is unfortunate. We now have these teachings which will eventually become the norm. How blessed we are to have them.

I'm new to hearing all your lessons and I respectfully consider all the tips you were giving but my situation is a little bit complicated my husband is a Hispanic male ,that I believe his ancestors have taught them not to listen to their wives and to always believe they are right that makes it very hard to follow your tips!

My husband s. Wife is dead. He expects me to be fine with talking sbout her because she’s dead. But doesn’t mean he doesn’t love her and miss her . he was hurt and angry when I said I didn’t want to keep talking about her but you’ve just explained why I don’t want to. He doesn’t understand why tho .

"Sophisticated animals" yes it's ridiculous 🤣. It's just an excuse to act immorally. We are human beings with a soul, not animals! Thank you for this amazing video!! I have to learn not to use my husband as my personal complaint department, but he is such a good listener, but I think he will prefer me talking about positive things (which I do a lot too)! How can I ask my husband to stop venting to me everyday how horrible and complains about his work day. Without hurting his feelings, I want to be there for him to vent to, but I have really had enough of it, it’s so very draining, and puts such a negative end to the day, and which of course eliminates any desire for fun in the bedroom,

Sex is so much more than just pro creating. The Bible talks about being apart sexually for an agreed upon time but suggesting it be experienced very often. The chemical reactions between a man and woman are incredible during sex. It is necessary and important for for a good marriage.
@TheMarriageFoundation
@TheMarriageFoundation 2 жыл бұрын
We don't compete with the Bible or any scripture. I do agree "sex" is tremendously misunderstood and has become two-edged sword in marriages where it is not utilized for anything more than relief or recreation. Couples who are enlightened about marriage, or even when only one of the couple has learned about marriage from us, sex takes on a very deep meaning which helps to create the connection we all crave, of the highest love between soul mates. Many people have benefitted from my books on marriage and we often suggest to those who are not quite getting from their marriage what they should Breaking The Cycle. You can read about it here. themarriagefoundation.org/breaking-the-cycle/
