Definitely my idol lol growing up i wanted to live my life exactly how he lives his. I don't train anymore but for many many years I did. I always told my friends i wanted to leave for a few years to train with monks and live in the woods and just train all day 😂😂

Luke has been inactive for awhile with his last win being in 2017, five years ago. Luke has since then sustained bad injuries, brutal KO losses and has only gotten older. Luke had his time, but its over and his comeback will only be a confirmation of that.

Seeing this after his loss to Alex for the second time and it is so sad seeing him lose. It's so hard to hate Jiri, he's such a nice guy and very down to earth (in terms of being realistic with himself, not talking about the magic talk lmao). I love Alex too so it was one of those fights where I didn't really mind who won. Hope Jiri can bounce back and continue to fight, his words of motivation and dedication can inspire you to want to achieve success in any field, not just combat sports (he is legit the reason I bought The Book of Five Rings).

I like that "katana is made for one thing" bit... its like saying you are training your body to become a weapon, and weapon's purpose is "killing" opposition. So if you understand what katanas are for, then you understand what learning fighting is for.
