Did you know that the character Arthur Morgan can move? It's true, if you move the joy sticks he can move. All you need to do is turn on the console start the game choose the account you're playing on then select story or online and once the game is loaded and it allows you to control the character you can move him by taking hold of the controller and moving the joysticks. Smash that like button!

A big tip for hunting always take a temporary horse with your main horse. You can make any horse a temporary horse some you get in mission. Take him with you carry double the animial carcass. All you need to do is whistle while on your main horse and he will follow you. I love your videos and this is a huge tip I have not seen anyone talk about it. So there it is twice the meat. Two horses is the trick.

You can also switch out and put your saddle on the 5th horse and trade it back and forth into the stables. I've 5 horses bonded to level 4... thing is though if you pickup a new 5th horse whatever one you had out with your #1 horse will poof even if it's fully bonded. I have the Shire, and sometimes use him as a pack horse, but I found a Thoroughbred and rode that til it bonded and POOF... no more Sire! So be careful.

I was in a huge gunfight last night and was looting the area afterwards. soon, the area was being investigated by the law. I sat up on a hill and watched them and they cleaned up the bodies and everything. it was unexpected.

You can use any weapon or ammo in the game on legendary animals...You only need to kill them, as their pelts have no rating...So poison knife, fire bottle, tnt, anything. Another tip; when auto traveling using the cinematic mode, if you just set a moderate steady gallop (between a slow trot and a full run), your horse will barely use any stamina, even for the longest trips with a full size carcass attached.

1:25 Horse stations are only at Beecher's Hope and in pre-epilogue camp (if you upgrade it). They're not "easy to find". Tip #4 isn't about hiding, it's just an indicator for crouching. It'll change to grey every time you crouch, whether you're in a bush or in the middle of the water. Zero to do with hiding.

There is a mule by the fence at emerald ranch too. You can ride it but only bareback 👌 I took out the legendary gator with dynamite. Something I have found is only with legendary beasts is you can shoot the crap out of them and it will always always be a perfect pelt

Tip #11: You can shoot people with a gun. I didn’t know this, but if you bring your gun out usind L1 in the PS4, you can press L2 to aim and then shoot it with R2. Just be careful, though, because bullets are finite. If you run out of bullets, you’ll have to buy more.

The first tip and I'm astonished. Didn't know you can do that. I also just figured out when riding running or rowing if you tap the sprint button in unison with your movements you spend less stamina.

If you press L3 on the PS controller to “calm” your horse every so often when riding it, it will return some of it’s missing stamina ring to the horse. :) It’s awesome how it benefits you to “pet” your horse often as you ride him/her, because I feel bad as it is for dominating an animal like that.

For the kicking from horseback, I think in real life the biggest problem would be balancing. I've only ridden in an English saddle before (Western Saddles and Western riding is a lot different from an English style), but when riding the majority of work is all in your legs, perhaps most importantly, your legs are what you use to balance, and kicking would require getting one foot out of the stirrup, balancing with only one foot in a stirrup while trying to throw your weight into the other leg to kick the desired target, all the while keeping your horse moving at a high speed. You can't use the reins for balance as that would be telling your horse to slow down, so I reckon that the kick would be extremally difficult and not worth the trouble in real life, trying to balance, keep your horse moving and trying to then put all your weight into a kick would take a lot of practise, a horse you trust in, and to be a very experienced rider. As much as in rdr2 these things are easy to come by, in real life, getting to a point where your that experienced and having a horse that well schooled, it would take many years to just get that experienced of a rider, and even then, having a horse that you can fully trust, every horse spooks on occasion, some more than others, but still. Overall, I'd just say that in real life it'd be quite ineffective as your more likely to fall off than actually succeed. Though, on Western saddles they have a horn for you to grip, and practising trotting without stirrups is something that I've done and seen other riders do, but with only one leg? Though I've never tried it, I reckon that would be extremally difficult, especially while at a gallop to catch your target.

I had to re-check the video to make sure I was, in fact in a RDR2 video and not an older video from the previous games. I scrolled down to find out that I had been spoiled like the remainder. Serves me right for trying to find interesting aspects of the game I might have missed but I am disappointed.

I actually already knew the donkey one but here is a tip, if you find a random donkey then you can lasso it and then climb on it even of it doesn't have a saddle, infact I didn't even know they had real saddles till I saw this video

I'll tell you something most people don't know. If you go into the fenced area with horses at Emerald Ranch you can just walk up, pat a horse a few times, put you saddle on it, and ride out and no one cares, not in the least, can't make much money that way but it is a pretty short ride down to the horse buyer from Emerald Ranch

I thought of a cool experiment. You know how if you dont put money in the camp lock box for a while, Susan will remind you that you havent put any money in lately. So i was wondering. What if you ignored all the times that she tells you? Is there a secret cutscene? Will uou be forced to give money? Will it be all your money or just a set amount? Will something completely different happen? I think it would be cool and fun to try out. Just an idea if you have time and want something to experiment on.

You can actually get a bath and/or lodging at other places where hotels aren't available too. In Saint Denis it's the upscale bar. In Van Horn it's the post office. In Blackwater it's the Blackwater Saloon and in Tumbleweed it's the gunsmith.
